During his trip to California on Saturday to survey the wildfire damage and meet with law enforcement, Donald Trump was asked about whether climate change played a role in the wildfires.
He said there are a “lot of factors,” pointing to the “management factor” right away and saying there are things he and Gov. Jerry Brown are discussing. Trump brought up the farm bill and the money he wants to put in for “management and maintenance of the forests.”
Trump was then directly asked if seeing all the devastation makes him rethink his opinion on climate change at all.
“No, no, I have a strong opinion,” Trump said, before adding, “I want great climate. We’re going to have that and we’re going to have forests that are very safe.”
Twitter was horrified:
Trump to press …. we are going to have Great climate and safe forests! His answer to question to climate change and fires. God, he is so stupid.

How hard it must have been for Jerry Brown & other intelligent, informed people to not laugh in Trump's face at his ignorant remarks in CA.

I do not understand how anyone, ANYONE can think trump is even remotely smart, knowledgeable about anything, informed on any issue. One minute of listening to him speak confirms he is, stupid. Incoherent, nonsensical gibberish.
