Donald Trump called two Fox News interviews “required television watching” on Sunday afternoon.
Trump tweeted, “Required television watching is last weeks @marthamaccallum interview with the wonderful wife of @RodBlagojevich and the @trishregan interview with a Jerome Corsi. If that doesn’t tell you something about what has been going on in our Country, nothing will. Very sad!”

Blagojevich is the former Governor of Illinois who is currently in prison because he tried to sell Barack Obama’s senate seat when Obama became president in 2008. Blagojevich was impeached and removed from office, and has asked Trump to commute his 18-year sentence.
Then Trump unloaded on former attorney general Jeff Sessions, writing he “should be ashamed of himself” for allowing the special counsel investigation into Russian election interference.
Trump first quoted Daniel Henninger, a columnist for the The Wall Street Journal, who suggested prosecutors were seeking a way to charge the president through his former national security adviser Michael Flynn.
“Thank you, people are starting to see and understand what this Witch Hunt is all about,” Trump added. “Jeff Sessions should be ashamed of himself for allowing this total HOAX to get started in the first place!
“It looks here as though General Flynn’s defenses are incidental to something larger which is for the prosecution to figure out if it can find a path to Donald Trump without quite knowing what that crime might be. It stops looking like prosecution and more looking like……

Sessions, who stepped down as Trump’s attorney general after the midterm elections this year, had previously recused himself from the investigation into the Trump campaign’s ties to Russia, given he worked for the Trump campaign.
Twitter had some thoughts:
A reminder that Jerome Corsi was one of the godfathers of the birther movement, said that Dr. Martin Luther King Jr was a "shakedown artist", raised money for a fake cancer scam (as exposed by Daily Caller/@ChuckRossDC [6]), and pushed 9/11 conspiracy theories. https://t.co/M86cnqht1X [7]

You are allying yourself with the most corrupt governor in the history of Illinois (which is saying a lot) and the leading 9/11 inside-job conspiracy theorist. If that doesn't tell you something about what has been going on in our Country, nothing will. Very sad! https://t.co/w9xS06oeLl [9]

Lol.. Those of us who actually have real jobs can’t afford to sit on our asses and watch TV all day!https://t.co/bvgt6DFu4U [11]

What is going on in this country? Politicians like you and Rod Blagojevich are getting away with corruption.

Literally nothing on Fox News could ever be "required television watching".

You can't REQUIRE us to watch anything, sir.
Corsi is a full-blown conspiracy theorist.
Since 2004, Corsi has pushed conspiracy theories about George W. Bush wanting to unite the US and Mexico under one government. ????
He's wacko, like someone else we all know.

Dude, you’re watching way too much tv for a guy purportedly running the country. We’re probably better off with you tweeting and tv watching, but it’s not a great look.
