Watch Trump Brag About the 300 Fast-Food Hamburgers He ‘Personally’ Bought For Clemson Football Team

We all know that Donald Trump loves himself some fast-food burgers, and today we learned that Trump personally paid for a fast food meal for Clemson football players visiting the White House on Monday to celebration their national championship win against Alabama.

According to the Washington Post’s Josh Dawsey, White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders explained that “much of the residence staff at the White House is furloughed – so the President is personally paying for the event to be catered with some of everyone’s favorite fast foods.”

Trump also explained to reporters the full fast-food spread of “McDonald’s, Wendy’s and Burger King’s with some pizza.”

He also said this, speaking of the players: “I think that would be their favorite food, so we’ll see what happens.”

The White House pool report also indicates Trump said he liked the food because “if it’s American, I like it. It’s all American stuff.”

White House reporters tweeted out images of the fast food spread, which shows Big Macs and Wendy’s fare alongside golden candlesticks and White House china.
