On Friday, Donald Trump sent out a series of tweets covering various topics…and he did it in the middle of his annual physical at Walter Reed Medical Center.
In one tweet, Trump sent out an image which shows a smiling president giving a “thumbs-up” with the words “50% approval rating” prominently displayed above it. Trump wrote, “Working hard, thank you!” in the tweet.
Rasmussen reports, “The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Friday shows that 50% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Trump’s job performance. Forty-nine percent (49%) disapprove.
“The latest figures include 38% who Strongly Approve of the job Trump is doing and 41% who Strongly Disapprove.”

Apparently Trump had his phone during his physical, but Trump’s spokesman didn’t explain why:
From the pool report as Trump leaves Walter Reed for his annual physical: "Hogan Gidley came into the hold room briefly. He didn't have a explanation for how President Trump was tweeting during his physical."

Twitter pretty much all thought the same thing:
Hahahahahahahahaha. Umm, yeah, right!

Shouldn't that be "hardly working?"

In the next tweet, Trump sent condolences to the family of Former Rep. John Dingell (D-Mich.), who died Thursday at the age of 92. Trump wrote, “Deepest sympathies to Congresswoman Debbie Dingell and the entire family of John Dingell. Longest serving Congressman in Country’s history which, if people understand politics, means he was very smart. A great reputation and highly respected man.”
Dingle was diagnosed with prostate cancer last year. He played a key role in many pieces of landmark legislation.
