Karen Pence is Suddenly Acting Very First-Ladylike, and People Have Some Questions

Karen Pence opened a Twitter account over the weekend to tout the Trump administration’s accomplishments heading into the 2020 election and to explain “why we need to keep America great.”

“I’m looking forward to being on the campaign trail, to help tell the story of what President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence are accomplishing in the Trump administration,” Pence, 62, who married the vice president in 1985, said in a Saturday post.

“Today, we have more jobs, more growth and a stronger and safer America — and now is not the time to stop the momentum,” she continued. “We are just getting started.

“So, follow along,” Pence invited, “and find out why we need to keep America great.”

But reaction was generally negative to her tweet, though some posters praised her foray into social media as others bitterly ripped the Pences, their Christian faith — along with Donald Trump and his policies.

And some wondered why Pence suddenly joined Twitter is becoming much more visible:

Could Karen and Mike Pence be preparing themselves to take over the most important office in the country? I mean, this Ukraine whistleblower crime is not looking good for Trump.

Or, is Karen Pence just working extra hard to hold on to the job she already has?

Much has been speculated about whether Trump will keep Mike Pence as his running mate for 2020.
