Out-of-Breath and Confused Trump Seems to Think ‘Minneaonapolis’ is a State…Not a City
Donald Trump signed a pair of executive orders Wednesday that would require agencies to seek public input before issuing regulations to protect small businesses and families.
The order will give businesses and families a chance to express their side of the story before being hit with fines and regulations. Trump, who has made deregulation one of his top priorities, is acting on his promise to roll back such regulations on American firms and families.
Trump signed two executive orders on Wednesday.
The first required agencies to publish guidance documents online and seek public input on draft guidance documents.

The second requires Federal agencies inform affected businesses or individuals on any case of regulatory violation and respond to arguments made by the affected businesses. It also requires agencies to educate businesses on regulatory changes.
But Trump didn’t seem well. As he spoke he was unable to say the word “Minneapolis” and he sounded completely out of breath.
Twitter had concerns:
He can't pronounce Minneapolis either. He's ill or severely drugged, or both.
