Donald Trump was scheduled to leave the White House at 4:10pm today for a rally in Louisiana.

However, he was held back and was seen having an “animated” conversation with Attorney General Bill Barr.

According to NBC’s Peter Alexander, “Waiting for M1 departure, we’re watching Trump in an animated conversation inside the Oval Office w/ AG Barr and others.”
