#WhereIsTrump is Trending Because Trump Hasn’t Been Seen Since He Went to the Hospital on Saturday

By now the entire planet knows that Donald Trump went to Walter Reed Medical Center on Saturday for a purported “routine physical”.

But no one believes that, for a myriad of reasons.

According to CNN, Trump did not follow the protocol of a routine presidential medical exam Saturday. Hospital staff were not given a general notice about a “VIP” visit (and potential closed sections), the trip was not part of his public schedule, and reporters were told not to disclose his movement until after he arrived at Walter Reed.

It’s also unclear why Trump would take his physical exam in multiple phases. Detailed results were not released; he said he would finish the exam in 2020.

His previous two physical exams as president were on the public schedule, took place at the White House, and were not spread out over “phases.” His most recent physical was in February, where he weighed 243 pounds, had a blood pressure of 118/80, and had increased medication to treat high cholesterol.

The White House defended Saturday’s checkup as “routine” with a “quick exam and lab” work.

“Anticipating a very busy 2020, the president is taking advantage of a free weekend here in Washington, D.C., to begin portions of his routine annual physical exam at Walter Reed,” White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham told NBC.

Trump “remains healthy and energetic without complaints, as demonstrated by his repeated vigorous rally performances in front of thousands of Americans several times a week,” Grisham added.

But what’s really odd is that no reporters have seen Trump since he was seen leaving for Walter Reed on Saturday. Pool reports did say he returned to the WH Saturday evening…but no reporters saw him.

Because of this, people on Twitter are asking, #WhereIsTrump:
