Trump Just Accused Nancy Pelosi of Having a Nervous Breakdown, ‘You Don’t Pray For Me!’
Donald Trump said in a tweet that Nancy Pelosi had a “nervous fit” at her weekly press conference, when the House speaker angrily told a reporter she did not hate the president.
Claiming a woman is having a nervous breakdown is pretty typical for a misogynist like Trump.
Trump tweeted, “Nancy Pelosi just had a nervous fit. She hates that we will soon have 182 great new judges and sooo much more. Stock Market and employment records. She says she “prays for the President.” I don’t believe her, not even close. Help the homeless in your district Nancy. USMCA?”

Pelosi told Sinclair reporter James Rosen she did not hate Trump and resented his usage of the word, given her Catholic upbringing. The speaker said she continued to pray for the president, even though she disagreed with him on many issues.

The president said he did not believe Pelosi, but when House minority leader Kevin McCarthy was asked about her comments, the Republican lawamker said, “I’ll take the speaker at her word.”
Q: "Do you hate the president?"@SpeakerPelosi: "I don't hate anybody…As a Catholic, I resent your using the word hate in a sentence that addresses me. I don't hate anyone…So, don't mess with me when it comes to words like that."

Twitter had some thoughts:
Nope. She spoke the truth about you. And she's a much better person than I because I do hate you with every bone in my body. Praying for you is a waste of time. You are beyond redemption.

Addendum:
See it? See the misogyny? Trump's anger is valid, right? He's righteously pissed off.
But if a woman gets mad, even if she maintains icy self-control, it's a "nervous fit."
Trump instinctively does this, because it works with his supporters.

The president continues to characterize any show of emotion from Pelosi as a sign of mental breakdown — a "nervous fit." https://t.co/LjIaLd9IWr

Can't help but think of this testimony from Fiona Hill:
“And you know, I hate to say it, but often when women show anger, it’s not fully appreciated. It’s often pushed onto emotional issues, perhaps, or deflected onto other people.” https://t.co/LjIaLd9IWr

I was in the room for @SpeakerPelosi's press conference. At no time did she have anything resembling a "nervous fit."
It's entirely possible, however, that a "nervous fit" was what sent @realDonaldTrump to Walter Reed without warning a few weeks ago. https://t.co/jXG1X6DWUc
