It would be wonderful if a single day could go by without ducksh*t insanity bursting forth from some window of this administration, perhaps we could start by asking for one hour’s peace. But, no.
William Barr has a sad. Oh, and he’s quite angry. He cannot do his job! He has so many pressures, and he never knew that the attorney general would have to weigh so many competing considerations and interested parties! He apparently had no idea that the Trump administration might make it even worse for him. I suppose he expected to ease into retirement in a quiet position without much going on to settle.
Barr simply couldn’t take it anymore, and found the nearest microphone to cry, I mean, “speak,” about how impossible it is for him to do his job.
“I’m not going to be bullied or influenced by anybody… whether it’s Congress, a newspaper editorial board, or the president…I’m gonna do what I think is right,” Barr claimed, according to ABC News reporter Katherine Faulders.
Ahh, you brave man. You have it sooo difficult, and there was no conceivable way for you to have known ahead of time that you’d be getting this kind of pressure.
“And you know…I cannot do my job here at the [DOJ] with a constant background commentary that undercuts me,” he argued.
Please to be fcking off now.
You have undercut more honest brokers doing honest work in your year and a half, so it’s probably best you shut up, lest we start speaking to the people who have felt undercut by you. You undercut Mueller, you undercut the FBI, you even undercut your own damned prosecutors attempting to do justice with respect to Roger Stone.
So, try to imagine how little we care.
Here we go, here is the cell slammer right here, a shot right at Trump’s heart, which missed, obviously – Trump doesn’t have a heart:
“Do you go forward with what you think is the right decision or do you pull back because of the tweet? And that just sort of illustrates how disruptive these tweets can be,” Barr said.
Poor baby. Of all the people who have had to endure tweets directed right at the nuts, Barr certainly has had to endure the worst. I hope he doesn’t have a long talk with a real man like Adam Schiff, and learn what being the center of angry tweets can really do.
Barr is begging for your sympathy. He faced an insurrection yesterday within his department when four prosecutors resigned because Barr intervened in a case he had no business even touching. He will be testifying in front of Congress a month from now, explaining what all happened. All he is trying to do is get some heat off himself by attempting to convince people to feel bad that his fee-fees are hurt.
Cry me a damned river.

Now get the damned popcorn out and a six pack. Not a single Trump cabinet member or close aide has once survived this kind of open criticism of Trump. NO ONE, and I mean NO ONE gets to criticize Trump like that openly, ‘cept for maybe someone who knows where the bodies are buried. which may be why Barr feels 100% safe in doing so.
Barr did one favor for us, very much unintentionally. We’ll see if Barr is such a good “Roy Cohen” that he’s another one of the untouchables.
