Something is seriously wrong with Donald Trump.
For the entirety of his 2016 campaign and the three years as president, Trump has been shown a volatile temper and has repeatedly made horrible decisions.
Could a medication be the culprit?
An eagle-eyed Twitter user also found a video of Trump speaking where a small white pebble flies out of his nose.
From his White House physical, we do know that Trump takes some prescription medications. Although it is important to note that Trump hasn’t had a full physical since February 2019. He supposedly began his physical in November 2019, but many are skeptical [1] about that.
From heart attack prevention pills to hair growth meds, these are the drugs Trump depends on daily — and what they might tell us about his health.
Here are the four medications we KNOW Trump takes daily:
1. Rosuvastatin for high cholesterol
As its name implies, the drug rosuvastatin belongs to a specific class of medications called statins, which lower total and LDL blood cholesterol.
It’s likely Trump takes this medication to reduce his cholesterol and prevent possible complications that might result from living with high cholesterol levels in his blood.
2. An antibiotic for rosacea
Donald Trump lives with rosacea, a skin condition that causes redness in the face, especially when exposed to triggers like alcohol, sunlight, and some blood pressure medications.
People with this condition might choose to take antibiotics, as Trump does, to fight the inflammation that causes redness of the skin. Drugs like tetracycline improve a person’s complexion by reducing skin inflammation and more.
3. Baby aspirin for heart health
Donald Trump takes a baby aspirin every day to prevent a heart attack. Even with medication, high cholesterol could still pose a health risk later on in life. But he might just take it as a preventive measure, especially considering his diet.
4. Propecia for hair growth
A hair regrowth drug might explain Trump’s full head of hair, something that’s uncommon in most men his age.
Adult men typically take Propecia to treat male pattern baldness. The drug reduces the amount of a certain hormone in the body called DHT. Reduced DHT levels in the body lead to increased hair regrowth and slower hair loss.
But none of these medications cause they type of off-the-charts unhinged behavior that we have been seeing recently. And obviously none of these medications are snorted.
So is it possible Trump is taking another medication, and not telling the public?
Yes. Of course it is.

That’s a white pebble so it looks like a medication. I mean, it doesn’t look like a booger or anything natural.
A Twitter user who goes by the handle @JRehling also picked up something important, take a look:
THREAD
In 2016, Trump posted a photo of himself that gave away more than he intended. An open desk drawer revealed box after box of Sudafed, piled on top of one another. pic.twitter.com/wHFgRvY2YU [7]— JRehling (@JRehling) October 5, 2019 [8]
Even stranger, although the photo was taken in New York, the boxes include a type that is only sold in the United Kingdom, with a different box and distinctive ingredients not found in the U.S. pic.twitter.com/9WwIyCVdJ6 [9]

Sudafed is sometimes used for a high that includes increased alertness, but also has a side effect of pupil dilation. pic.twitter.com/Mwb5uOhbs8 [11]

Abuse of this drug was rare, but in order to limits its abuse, regulations were passed limiting the frequency in which an individual could purchase it, and requiring the individual show ID.

Beyond pupil dilation, more serious side effects include hallucinations and paranoid psychosis.
It is very concerning for the entire planet that someone with access to nuclear weapons is showing signs of abusing a drug that leads to paranoid psychosis.

In response to many who have wondered if the photo is real, it is still up on Trump's Twitter timeline.https://t.co/0wA2Z2sziA [15]
Other quirks noted:
• At last five photographs of himself.
• A photo of his ex-wife in a bikini from when she was 22 years old.
• Two fake Oscars.— JRehling (@JRehling) October 5, 2019 [16]
Former Trump employee Noel Casler backed up the claim:
You could have at least given me a mention for originally pointing this out and for the first hand anecdotes of his Sudafed addiction. Trump would have his kids stock up on it when traveling to the UK. Thx for spreading the word though! @realDonaldTrump [17]

Casler has called out Trump’s drug use in the past. According to Casler, Donald Trump is a “speed freak” who snorts Adderall. The comedian claims that the president is a “speed freak,” “who crushes up his Adderall and he sniffs it because he can’t read, so he gets really nervous when he has to read the cue cards.”
“That’s why he’s sniffling when you see him during the debates…that’s why he’s tweeting…he’s out of his mind.”

“I’m not kidding this is true. I had a 24-page NDA non-disclosure agreement, I didn’t know that he was becoming president, now it’s no way dumbass, I’m telling you everything I know,” Casler said.
This “speed freak” business is circulating on Twitter and people are saying that it would make a lot of sense.
In Spy magazine in 1992 we reported on his speed habit, documented by a copy of his 1980s medical records: “Have you ever wondered why Donald Trump has acted so erratically at times, full of manic energy, paranoid, garrulous?” https://t.co/QqFDdOrbIT [21] https://t.co/OL5mDWRXHz [22] https://t.co/xaeuDbu42H [23]

Trump was even spotted pulling something looking like pills from his pocket once, and people on Twitter speculated it could be his “stash.”
