Conservatives Make #RespectTheFirstLady Trend on Twitter — It Backfires Almost Immediately

Ok. So get a load of this.

As we wrote about earlier, Chrissy Teigen, an American queen, lashed out at Melania Trump for basically disappearing during a national…heck, an international pandemic.

And if you know Chrissy, you know she doesn’t mince words.

“Has melania even thought about doing something with her be best shit during these times?” Teigen began a profanity-laced Twitter thread on Tuesday. “I see regular ass awesome people on my timeline all day doing all they can to make people happy and this wifebot is working on whatever the fuck a tennis gazebo is.”

“I expect Donald to be a do nothing fucking loser wimp but she could maybe possibly try to uhhh BE BETTER possibly the best be the best the best be best,” Teigen said.

She continued, “ALL I have seen this bot do is gently touch Christmas ornaments in a cape and stare in a cape and pat statues in a different cape and then change her cape into a rude ass jacket. Fuck you.”

And, well, tell me where Teigen is wrong? Melania has sent a few tweets, but that’s it. And since those tweets were spelled correctly and in proper English, we know she didn’t write them.

Now, a few snowflake conservatives on Twitter were just DEVASTATED that Teigen spoke poorly of Melania, and said Teigen wasn’t even allowed to say Melania’s name.

Here, watch this and try not to burst out laughing:

Now, if you are a regular reader here, you know that we are not fans of Melania Trump. She hasn’t done anything to earn our respect. She’s an ornament, and a rather nasty one at that. Her legacy will be wearing a jacket that said “I really don’t care, do U” to visit children separated from their parents at the border.

So, as you could imagine, the hashtag #RespectTheFirstLady quickly backfired.
