Trump came out as a rather somber straightforward Trump, he was almost respectful, and the comments went through Twitter, that this was “different.” It surely owed to the fact that this was the press conference in which it really set in, six figures in fatalities. Additionally yesterday’s infomercial got panned from every direction. Thus it was that we had a “semi-normal” (very relative) president start today’s press conference.
Mid-way through the press conference Trump went shitso insane, talking about how he had managed to function so well between impeachment and the viral epidemic, he said it was to his credit, that he did so well.
"I don't think I would have done any better had I not been impeached. OK? I think that's a great tribute to something. Maybe to me" – Trump.
I suppose it was inevitable – even with expectations 100,000 Americans may die – the briefing turns heavily to politics.— Chris Jansing (@ChrisJansing) March 31, 2020 [1]

From there he ping-ponged into Jim Comey and FBI reports, to “no Republicans” and to “Nancy Pelosi’s district.”
It was fcking insanity. We were back to “normal.”
HE WILL NOT CHANGE AND IS FUNDAMENTALLY INCAPABLE OF DOING THE JOB.
That's the story. I know it's fun to watch the bouncing ball, but it doesn't change. That's it.

Yes. That is exactly what happened. It was like whiplash, how fast we went from a factual breakdown of the disease, and respectful tone, to just utter irresponsible crap.
The President calling his impeachment a “hoax”. He also used that word for the virus.

What was he even doing talking about impeachment? The only conclusion that I can make is that he had to talk about something, he got animated, and wasn’t about to go back to the disease, he had to get back into familiar territory and throw out some cliches.
Who gave Trump A pluses?

He did.
I should have the class to leave this alone, but it is becoming a more relevant question, because he’s out of breath a lot, and we know he’ll never admit to anything – unless he got real sick:
I'll say it again. How the fuck does Trump not have the virus?

This is the takeaway – always. In the end, this is always what happens in sum.
The gas lighting in this presser is beyond belief, even for this administrations standards. He's literally telling us not to believe what we've seen and heard from his actions.

God help us all.
Please take care of yourself. If there is something you want to be known, or passed around to people, write any of us and we’ll see what we can do. But do take this far more seriously than this bullshit gaslighter we call a “president” – or at least some do.
