Paula White Just Compared Trump to King David at WH Prayer Event and Says Trump Will ‘Recover All’

Paula White has an interesting prayer style.

Today is the Annual Day of Prayer, and at a ceremony in the White House, every denomination conceivable had their shot at the podium and I will admit that most were understated, quiet, very brief, humble and rather inter-faith in their approach. It was nice.

Then Paula White got up and I guess she had had quite enough of the quiet, relaxed pace. She prays like a high school debater, feeling the need to cite everything she says (which – in her case, isn’t actually that bad an idea, except we best check those cites). She also does a lot of commanding God around, and – though I am not the most religious person on Earth – it would seem to be the other way around. She has, let’s be frank, a very unique style, almost like she wants to get on God’s nerves so that He answers her to get her to go away, like a lazy parent.

Paula also gets extremely specific in what it is she wants from God. It is not “world peace,” or “strength” or anything important like that. She wants a vaccine, she wants prosperity (boy, does she ever want prosperity), she wants her god, not your god, to be the god of this land – which sound very biblical to me, but not in a good way.

I just get the sense that there is something amiss with this woman. I am not sure it is a good idea to talk to God like he (or she) is a child.

Exactly

Who knows nowadays. With Paula there is always a lot of business development.

I couldn’t figure out what she said, she kept citing it – as if it’s been said before, so why pray it now?

Trump has never seen a very sincere prayer, one said by someone who isn’t looking for something for themselves, but trying to help others. Those type can be powerful, but are rare.

Very

She commanded that he end delays, that I know. I am pretty sure that Trump took care of that part – ending all safety checks.

I have found that when asking someone for something, it’s best to approach that person, or God, like you are an adult – and I don’t get that sense with this woman.

I feel conned.

Maybe it was just because it was at the White House.

Peace, y’all
