Trump unleashed three more tweets later this morning expressing his feelings about the protests going on throughout the country, militarizing the clash with the language of war, and setting out exactly where his loyalties lie.
He also seems to be inviting the most violent clash yet, one right in front of the White House for Trump’s … entertainment?
It is impossible to tell, but Trump is calling MAGA-heads to gather in front of the White House tonight – with protesters also sure to be out.
The professionally managed so-called “protesters” at the White House had little to do with the memory of George Floyd. They were just there to cause trouble. The @SecretService [1] handled them easily. Tonight, I understand, is MAGA NIGHT AT THE WHITE HOUSE???

It is always difficult to discern what Trump is saying, but especially so regarding the “MAGA night at the White House.” We know to expect more protests tonight, perhaps even bigger protests and some will be at the White House. It sure appears that Trump wants his supporters in front of the White House, too. The statement looks like an invitation for a clash like Charlottesville.
Also, note that Trump sounds like some kind of general, “they handled them easily” as if this was a fight, with a winner and loser? Was the crowd trying to burn the White House down? Or be heard? “Handled them easily.” Trump sounds a lot like a tyrant who controls the military: “We handled the insurgents easily.”
These are “Organized Groups” that have nothing to do with George Floyd. Sad!

Trump’s statement attempts to separate these protesters from those upset about the Floyd murder. Many believe that Trump is fanning the flames of the George Soros conspiracy, that Soros is paying the protesters, which will be news to the protesters.
The nation is aghast over the video coming out of Minneapolis and the horrific murder, and thus the nation might quite naturally side with the protesters. Trump is moving the larger protests out and away from the tragedy as if they are not related. He seems to want his crowd to believe that he is now fighting an insurgency led by “bad guys.”
Mayor Jacob Frey of Minneapolis will never be mistaken for the late, great General Douglas McArthur or great fighter General George Patton. How come all of these places that defend so poorly are run by Liberal Democrats? Get tough and fight (and arrest the bad ones). STRENGTH!
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) May 30, 2020 [4]
More warlike analogies. McArthur and Patton? “Defend so poorly” and “Get tough and fight,” STRENGTH” – Trump seems to be demanding that war break out on our streets. He is literally egging the police on, to “get tough and fight.”
The country looks primed to explode. The president should be someone seeking to calm people, assuaging concerns, decreasing fears, and yet it appears that Trump wants to agitate and urge on the police on the streets to “get tougher.”
MAGA night at the White House … and a question mark? It sure looks like a call to the MAGA-heads, who more often than not are very proud to be armed, and get down to the White House. Many see this as a call to arms.
He just invited his MAGA cult to come to the WH tonight to basically go against protesters. Trump is trying to create a violent confrontation between Americans.
The United States has no President at this time.

MAGA night is already tending:
Trump says tonight is MAGA NIGHT at the White House. Well we've all seen MAGA NIGHT before: https://t.co/DVAVWbparQ [6] pic.twitter.com/ApYJ5KJoif [7]

"MAGA night at the White House?"
Is that your own pathetic, insipid way of inviting legions of adoring fans to cheer for you from outside? Or are you actually TRYING to start a ruckus?
WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU?

PS2/ This standalone tweet follows the thread, offering a title for his hideous mini-graphic novel—"MAGA NIGHT AT THE WHITE HOUSE"—and returning to his conspiracy theory that whenever there's a protest it was secretly arranged by someone like George Soros. https://t.co/XM6prt0vM1 [10]

seeing "MAGA NIGHT" trending just fills my chest with fear and makes me think of all the violence and terror that my ancestors went through on Kristallnacht, which is essentially what the president is calling for
