The recording shows that Trump was clearly kidding, even though Trump has said he doesn’t kid, ever. And yet that almost makes it worse. Yes, Trump joked with Howard Stern about putting up a statue of Melania at Ground Zero one year after 9-11.
Try to remember how raw nerves were just one year after 9-11, on the first year anniversary. One can get a sense by noting how raw our nerves are still about 9-11. It was one of the most somber times in our nation’s history. 9-11 was perhaps the single last thing one would joke about. But that’s sort of the point, Trump has no empathy, isn’t even slightly “humorous,” and only tries it to further promote himself and prove he’s a disgusting person.

In the clip above, unearthed by Shareblue’s Tommy Christopher, the conversation began with Trump’s suggestion to “build a television tower there,” Stern replying that “a statue of your girlfriend would be perfect right there” instead.
“Well, that would be an idea,” Trump said, as Stern’s co-host Robin Quivers joined in, joking that “nobody’s going to fly into that!”
But the cringe-worthy remarks didn’t stop there.
“I’d like to fly into that!” added another voice, identified by Shareblue Media [5] as an intern on the show.
Obviously Stern is the primary sicko in the above piece, and there is no forgiving what Stern said. It is worth noting that unlike Trump, Stern seems to have grown up over the last twenty years and recognizes how awful he could be back in the day. Trump? No.
But let’s look at Trump. He wanted to put a fcking television tower at Ground Zero? Are you kidding me? The ONLY options were always, put a building there just to prove that no one can intimidate and defeat the United States and New York, and build a giant memorial there. It took Trump to suggest a television tower. And then, when someone sick “jokes” about a statue of his “girlfriend” Melania, Trump doesn’t recoil in horror like every human being would, no – his reptilian brain “jokingly” agrees.
Sick Piece of shit.
