Reuters has just released an audio recording of a phone call between disgraced former Liberty University president, Jerry Falwell Jr., his wife Becki, and Giancarlo Grandi, the infamous “pool boy.” In the audio, Becki, who seems to be a bit jealous, can be heard telling Grandi that she’s uncomfortable about his dating other people, DeadState reports.

In an interview with Reuters, Granda revealed that he was 20-years-old when he met the Falwells in March 2012 while working as a pool attendant at the Fontainebleu Miami Beach hotel. His sexual relationship with Becky purportedly started early on, in the very same month that they met, and evolved into Falwell Jr. watching while he had sex with Becki in 2018.

Granda didn’t just share the audio recording, which was recorded in 2018; he also provided text message, that he says illuminates the sexual nature of the relationship. In the audio recording, the couple can be heard discussing the situation with Granda.

“He’s telling me every time he hooks up with people,” Becki says. “Like I don’t have feelings or something.”

“You’re going to make her jealous,” Falwell Jr. tells Granda.

“I’m not trying to do that,” Granda says.

The Falwells married since 1987, met with him frequently, Granda told Reuters, noting that over time the relationship turned voyeuristic.

“Becki and I developed an intimate relationship and Jerry enjoyed watching from the corner of the room,” he said.

The encounters took place in the couple’s home in Virginia and in hotels in Miami and New York. Over time, the relationship turned bitter, Granda said, partly because he wanted to end the relationship and because a business dispute erupted between the three.

Falwell Jr. issued a statement Sunday that claimed Granda was attempting to extort money from the couple. Granda, however, denies this and said he’s trying to negotiate a buyout from a business relationship he allegedly has with the couple.

Jerry Falwell Jr.’s fall from grace seems especially appropriate. He’s a rampant homophobe and racist and is noted for saying the following:

“Liberty University is pro-life and believes that marriage between one man and one woman provides the best environment for children. Liberty University will not lend its name or financial support to any student group that advances causes contrary to its mission…Liberty University will not lend its name or financial support to undermine marriage or support abortion.”

He’s also said he’s “always thought that if more good people had concealed-carry permits, then we could end those Muslims before they walked in.”

What a guy.
