Don Jr. and Girlfriend Kimberly Get Slammed for Attending Trump ‘Boat Rally’ in New York Without Masks

There is something quintessentially “Trumpian” about the boat parades and boaters. Not that there is anything wrong with boats at all, indeed they’re a blast with friends on a great summer day.

Perhaps that’s part of the problem, boats are the height of “conspicuous consumption.” They’re all hanging out right there in front of you, “mine’s bigger than yours,” and unlike a car, basically no one needs a boat, so there is no functionality in the equation, it’s nearly 100% “Look at me!” and thus we come back around to them being the perfect Trump “vehicle” as a MAGA statement in and of itself.

No one should be surprised that “boaters” like Trump any more than they’d be surprised that golfers like Trump. Wealthy white men that care about being “longer” than their buddies are the definition of MAGA heads. These aren’t people who are going to spend their day hiking where no one can see their money, or simply enjoying the outdoors without cash laid on each hole. How would one be cool on a hike? Nah, need a boat or get a game together.

So no one is very surprised to see that Don Jr. and ex-Fox broadcaster turned homewrecker Kimberly Guilfoyle showed up at a boat rally yesterday for Trump in Montauk New York:

Yes, that is the happy couple right there! And surrounded by just the type of people we’d imagine surrounding them at such an event! And of course, no masks in sight! Because it wouldn’t be a Trump event if some adults took normal adult precautions and fought the spread of a horrific disease using some common sense! Nope, not if it would infringe upon their freedoms to boat!

These pictures tell an entire story about Trump and his popularity.

As expected, people are furious, and rather grossed out:
