Kayleigh McEnany Bounces From Briefing After Struggling to Explain Trump’s Claim That Covid Affects ‘Virtually Nobody’

One gets the sense that the White House press corps is very tired of Kayleigh McEnany’s act (K-Mac), they do not appreciate being lectured or condescended to, and the most recent hypocrisy out of the GOP has the country – and the press corps – quite angry. Some of that anger got taken out on K-Mac today.

First, Brian Karem had a good comment on Kayleigh’s pronouncement that Trump supports the First Amendment:

Karem wrote a story this morning – that we covered – stating that Trump basically never goes to work, certainly never before noon on any given day. Kayleigh had something to say about Trump’s work ethic, and people had a good time laughing at her:

K-Mac said that Americans know that it would be shameful if Nancy Pelosi utilized her constitutional authority to unleash a “political impeachment” (impeachment is by its very nature political) in order to stop the nomination of the new justice. Kayleigh needs to stop telling others what is or is not shameful.

Then we got to the painful moment where Kayleigh struggled to explain Trump’s comment from last night’s rally when he said Covid affects “virtual nobody”:

About COVID, K-Mac says that “What China did is inexcusable, they hid COVID information from us.” This comes from the press secretary for the man who – on tape – did the inexcusable and hid COVID information from the American people.

The healthcare plan has been promised for two months now and is always two weeks away. Kayleigh insists that the healthcare plan actually exists and will be unveiled … in the next two weeks.

K-Mac is the most proficient liar in the entire country right now. Of course, Trump doesn’t need to ask anyone to “pre-judge” a case. They already know how the judge feels about certain issues. The “cases” don’t matter much at all.

K-Mac asked sycophant Lt. General Keith Kellogg from the Task Force to stand up and discuss Trump’s perfection in shutting down China and all that Trump has done perfectly. Kellogg is up there to refute the revelations of Pence former staff member Olivia Troye except that Kellogg has no credibility because he just claimed to say that he’s proud of the president of the United States and that Trump cares. He also didn’t take any questions.

That’s how they do it. They make pronouncements and are above questioning.

Kayleigh McEnany then dragged the White House press briefing room into the gutter by slamming Olivia Troye, essentially calling her a failure, and did the same with Miles Taylor – “unable to get results.” Trump sure hires a lot of losers. And if anyone dares speaks ill of Trump it’s only hours before that person becomes a loser.

K-Mac then dodged out of the press conference having lectured the press on the terrible people (Troye and Taylor) who dare to speak out against Trump. She will never take questions after her strongest slam-whine-complaint-scream. Never, she huffs out, all attitude and arrogance.
