Jake Tapper Humiliates and Shames the WH to the Degree They Deserve on COVID, and It’s Perfect

It is not impossible to envision a world in which whoever served as president from January 2020 to June 2020 decided that he would not seek reelection. It is very possible to imagine a scenario where a man or woman says “the country needs new ideas, I will continue to do all I can, but when it came right down to it, I failed this country when it needed help most, I pledge to help the next president, but I will not seek …” That is not an insane thought, things like it have happened, look at LBJ in 1968, realizing the Vietnam War was all wrong.

But not this crowd, not the Trumps, Trump has saved two million lives if you listen to him during the debate, we would have had 2.2 million deaths had we done nothing, without Trump’s brilliant leadership. This last week, during the debate, Trump had the temerity to say that we were turning a corner on COVID. Jake Tapper couldn’t take it anymore and took it out on Mark Meadows, White House Chief of Staff:

“Well it’s a free society.”

Isn’t my right to not breathe in your virus every bit as important a freedom as yours to not wear a mask? But Tapper was only setting him up and had Meadows right where he wanted him:

It is not going away, in fact, it is getting worse at precisely the time that the scientists promised us that it would, just as things started to get colder. the federal government still doesn’t have a plan, schools are on their own – literally, they’re all doing different things, there is NO leadership from the top. Mark Meadows made an ass of himself this morning and it would all be funny were it not so tragic.

If no one’s noticed, Trump’s doing MORE rallies as COVID spreads more and more, especially in the upper midwest, with all those electoral votes. Trump is now – literally – killing people.
