Tiffany Trump Mocked After Humiliating Herself at ‘Trump Pride’ Speech, ‘This Makes My Skin Crawl!’

President Donald Trump’s youngest daughter, Tiffany Trump, popped up at a Trump pride event in Florida earlier this week to boost her father’s reelection efforts. The Westshore Grand Hotel in Florida hosted the event and a clip of her on stage is circulating across social media. But many folks remember her father has persistently rolled back [1] laws aimed at protecting the LGBTQ+ community and some are speaking out, Newsweek [2] reports.

Nevertheless, Tiffany was all smiles as she took the podium to hype her father in a ten-minute speech.

“I know what my father believes in,” Tiffany told the audience, which included her mom Marla Maples. “Prior to politics, he [Trump] supported gays, lesbians, the LGBQIIA+ community.”

Then she attacked social media for its “fabricated lies.”

“It saddens me,” she said. “I have friends of mine who reach out and they say how could you support your father, we know your best friends are gay.”

But one has to wonder if Tiffany has something against trans people. After all, she left out the T acronym in her speech and that wouldn’t be surprising, considering this family.

Tiffany also remarked that she believes an AIDS cure is on the horizon, and at one point referred to her mom, Marla Maples who lost a friend to the deadly disease.

“Unfortunately one of her best friends passed away from AIDS and what I think is so powerful when my father says there will be a cure for AIDS within the next 10 years, there will be and God bless,” she said.

It wasn’t long before Twitter users were having their say. Podcaster Tyler Oakley noted “tiffany trump headlining republican pride… chaos… in the worst way.”

Comedian Dana Goldberg had her own thoughts on Tiffany Trump’s speech.

“What in gay hell is this bullsh*t? Also, there’s like 12 people in the room. Also, I’m no longer convinced Eric Trump is the dumbest of them. It’s a tight race.”

Brando Wolf, Equality Florida Media Relations Manager had his own thoughts on the event as well.

“I cannot express to you how tired I am of this pathetic grift,” he wrote. “Our fight for equality — the one we’re having to wage against you — is not yours to pervert for tacky campaign graphics. Get your hands off our rights and stop trying to gaslight us.”

In a statement for South Florida Gay News, [9] civil rights attorney Michele Rayner said Donald Trump has another thing coming if he thinks he can get votes from the LGBTQIA+ community.

“Donald Trump is delusional if he thinks he can spend three years attacking our rights and then turn around and ask for our vote,” she said.

Rayner, who happens to be the first Black queer woman elected to the Florida House of Representatives also noted: “Waving a rainbow flag for an afternoon means nothing after his administration appointed dozens of anti-LGBTQ judges to federal courts. codified discrimination against transgender Americans, and are fighting to overturn the Affordable Care Act and its protections for our community.”

I’ve included the video of Tiffany Trump’s brief speech (some would say it’s not brief enough) below, along with more Twitter comments via Joe.My.God. [10]
