Even IF, IF, the kids were largely immune to COVID, what happens when they go home and give it to Dad, who days later gives it to the older guy he works with who dies? That has been the question since the conservatives in this nation decided they’d had enough of this liberal disease and were tired of it. And that’s precisely why parents at Ola High School in McDonough, Georgia – a city about thirty-five miles from Atlanta – an exurb – decided they were throwing their kids a homecoming dance and fck-you for even judging whether it was the right thing to do.

(Can we make one observation? Not only are the kids not wearing masks but some of the pictures from the dance certainly make one wonder whether they’re wearing anything. The pictures do NOT giveaway that this was a kids’ dance. The dresses conjured more a club in Atlanta filled with 20 and 30 somethings, but maybe that’s just us).

Yes, the Daily Beast brings us the details about the parents who threw the dance because they’ve had quite enough of COVID this year, thank you. It is time to put it behind us and get on with our lives, or not.

“It seems the liberals and the Democrats want to keep the virus agenda front and center,” she told The Daily Beast. “The conservatives, on the other hand, are ready to embrace freedom again. This whole virus plandemic scamdemic has totally ruined 2020. The media [is] paralyzing people with fear so they will do mail-in ballots to rig an election. They succeeded in election fraud. The election is over. People need to stop bowing down to the virus. Forcing people to wear masks is a crime.”

We are going to tackle this whole thing. Dems want to keep the virus front and center? I thought we were going to drop it the moment we won the election? Get it straight.

Ready to embrace freedom? Imagine how little freedom you’ll have in a medically induced coma on a ventilator? The media paralyzed people? No, actually the drugs they put you on while in a coma do – actually – paralyze people to keep the focus on the lungs.

The election was not a fraud, you’re mad the wrong people voted because it was by mail (i.e. “convenient”).

Forcing people to wear masks is not a crime. The police and government can force people to do one HELL of a lot more in the face of an emergency if others’ lives are in danger. Try demanding to stay at home when there’s a serial killer next door bunkered down shooting at the SWAT team – you’ll see your “freedom” disappear” quickly. Or hurricanes, or whatever.

So we’re done with that.

“The dance was nine days ago,” Knight continued. “I have not heard of anyone testing positive who attended the dance. Kids need to have some normalcy to help with anxiety and depression. Don’t you agree?”

How many have been tested? Many kids won’t show symptoms. It is grandpa who came to Thanksgiving because “COVID is over” that will soon be tested and soon be in the ICU. Nine days ago? They say five to eight is normal, you may hear differently in a couple of days.

Kids do need normalcy. It is the only thing you’ve said that is true and very sad. This sucks. There are no GOOD answers. Anxiety and depression are huge issues, we agree. But some remedies are worse than others and some kill.

Oh, and 257,000 will agree – if they could – that this is no liberal “scamdemic.”

If we sound angry it is because we are.
