Trump Says He’ll Fire Dr. Fauci a ‘Little After The Election’ After His Rallygoers Chant ‘Fire Fauci’

More might be on the line than you think with tomorrow’s election.

Right now, Trump is flying all across the midwest to rallies with people packed-in together as if there’s no reason at all to not group together for a big party, Trump’s coming! We might well be getting a preview of the new COVID policy should Trump win, “life will go back to normal” as the country attempts to attain “herd immunity.” It is actually possible.

Yesterday, Scott Atlas MD gave an interview on RT – the Russian Television propaganda station, from the White House. Atlas argued that masks had problems of their own, that COVID numbers were overblown, and that a vaccine was on the way. In the past, he has argued for herd immunity from the disease. RT introduced Atlas as “one of two doctors that Trump listens to” regarding COVID. Atlas later said that he didn’t know that RT was Russian television.

And Trump is considering firing Tony Fauci if he wins.

It is interesting how Fauci is one of the very few people who Trump won’t attack personally, always adds “he is a nice guy” or something to that effect, and it surely must be due to the fact that Fauci never personally criticizes Trump, and tries to stay as apolitical as possible. Of course, he’d been dragged into the politics of it all, just like everyone’s been dragged into politics by Trump.

“Let me wait a little until after the election, please …”

It sounds to me like if Trump wins, he wants to go with the Scott Atlas plan for herd immunity until we get a vaccine, meaning no restrictions, everything open as if nothing at all has happened.

The problem, of course, is Trump can say “everything is open” all he wants and people won’t suddenly act as though the virus is gone. It is like Joe has always said, to treat the economy, you first have to treat the virus. You can’t do the first without doing the second. Unless you’re Donald Trump, in which case you think money always comes first.
