We only really have to care about Donald Trump’s anger for a few more hours. Wait, scratch that. We didn’t really have to worry as much as we did about his volatility. Except of course when he was calling to his minions and stoking racist violence or threatening equally volatile leaders like North Korea’s Kim Jong Un. Or when he was in cahoots with Russian agents.

His daily tantrums will hopefully shrink away from the public eye and then we won’t have to hear that he’s having conniptions because big-name stars like Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez, and Tom Hanks will be onstage as part of President-elect Joe Biden’s inauguration Wednesday.

The Washington Post reports that ever since Jan. 6’s violent insurrection Trump’s troubles have been piling up, culminating in his second impeachment.

We already, unfortunately, know how quirky this man’s behavior is, and one source who’s closely connected to him said gauging what will bother him the most can be nearly impossible to predict. But even with the second impeachment and all of the other things going, that’s not first and foremost in his feverish brain.

Nope. Not even. Instead, he’s incensed about the stellar list of celebrities that will participate in tomorrow’s upcoming inauguration. The Daily Beast reports Trump is insanely jealous over this. He faces the very real possibility of legal prosecution, especially after inciting the deadly riot earlier this month but that worry, with actual, real repercussions just isn’t on his radar.

As host of The Apprentice, Trump regularly hob-nobbed with celebrities and attended star-studded events and he himself was considered a celebrity, hiring such notables as Elton John and Billy Joel to sing at his 2005 wedding to Melania. Now he’s considered a monster by decent people, and a demigod by legions of the crazy and the truly ignorant.

Let’s hope we’ve reached the end of this program and hope it never becomes a repeat.
