Well, that didn’t take long. Indeed, it took just a little over two months. Obviously, none of us can get within Kayleigh McEnany’s mind (who would want to?), but she surely plotted this move years ago. We give her credit, but we have to save some credit for her gym trainer, stylist, and the people at the salon. She fits the role perfectly. She will not be hosting a new show on Fox, not quite yet by herself, sharing duties with four others, but this is the Kayleigh McEnany show, no matter how many co-hosts or what they call it.

Kayleigh McEnany is highly intelligent, close to brilliant, but it hardly required a genius to find this path. It required a cookbook. She presented herself to CNN as a blonde beauty willing to say shocking things from a conservative viewpoint. She did that very well because it isn’t particularly hard. She got recruited to the Trump campaign, as a spokesperson, because it, too, is always on the look-out for blonde beauties who will say shocking things in support of the Trump cause, all while smiling and wearing that cross so prominently across her chest.

Stephanie Grisham worked as the White House press secretary while Kayleigh was the spokesperson for the campaign. But come April 2020, it became apparent that with COVID and other real government issues going into the election, that the White House needed a press secretary that was also – still – the campaign spokeswoman, unofficially, of course. Well-trodden ground, for sure.

Each and every day as she stepped up to the White House podium, she had to be thinking about the riches coming from FOX. She would have her own show. She knew it, we knew it, FOX knew it. Indeed, by mid-January, rumors circulated that she had already signed a contract.

She couldn’t go straight onto the air. The whole storming of the Capitol left a stench and Forbes was telling the world to shun all Trump alum. It took a month for FOX to announce she would be an analyst, appearing on various shows to tell us that Trump was the greatest, Biden was the worst. That took one month and now here she is. Again, she’s “co-hosting” but that’s more likely learning the ropes. She will have her own show soon enough.

And she’s still young. Very young. There is not a chance that all her dreams are fulfilled. She’s going to make enough money over the next two to three years that she can then take some time, if she wants, to explore new possibilities. Maybe she wants to run for governor, maybe she wants to run for the Senate, maybe someday she wants to run for president, or maybe she just wants Megyn Kelly money, eight figures a year. The MAGAs will pass out in excitement.

The is their fantasy. She and Ivanka, the dream women. Ivanka and Kayleigh say what the MAGA men want to hear, and they look how the MAGA men want them to look. She knew it all along. She’s highly intelligent.
