Americans Repulsed After Trump Caught on Tape Mocking Michelle Obama’s Looks to GOP Big-Wigs

One can arguably say that Donald Trump has never progressed mentally or emotionally beyond the schoolyard bully stage. He recently reminded us of that when he decided to mock former first lady Michelle Obama’s appearance while speaking Saturday in front of a group of Republican donors.

Trump was on hand at Mar-a-Lago for the event and attendees there “laughed uproariously” at the former president’s remarks, Yahoo!News reports.

In an audio obtained by The Washington Post, Trump is heard ridiculing Obama for supporting Stacey Abrams, who is also Black and a Democratic opponent of Georgia governor Brian Kemp. Trump’s famous feud with fellow Republican Kemp notwithstanding, the ex-president just couldn’t resist spreading misinformation. Just like he did when he was president and claimed the 2020 presidential election was “stolen.”

In this instance, he claimed television personality Oprah Winfrey and another Black woman “camped out in Atlanta” for “months” to support Abrams while she ran for governor of Georgia in 2018. The Post, however, notes this is not true. But then, when has Trump ever been dissuaded by the truth? He also used the opportunity to attack his predecessor, former President Barack Obama by dragging him for his middle name “Hussein,” by saying “Barack Hussein Obama and the very beautiful Michelle Obama were there for…”

At that point, the Republican donors “laughed uproariously” at Trump’s obviously mockery of the former first lady.

He also had a few words for Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, referring to him as a “dumb son of a b*tch” because he refused to refute the results of 2020’s presidential election that were presented before Congress on Jan.6, 2020.

In the past, Trump has avoided criticizing Michelle Obama although it’s not unusual for him to attack women he disagrees with. But whenever Trump attacks people, he never says anything of substance. It’s always a knee-jerk, name-calling attack. He’s not attacking McConnell for continually ruining people’s lives by fighting progressive reform. No, he’s angry because McConnell put the blame for Jan. 6’s deadly insurrection squarely where it belongs — on Trump’s shoulders. Even though McConnell wimped out and failed to find him guilty of inciting the Capitol riot.

That said, it’s been a solid four years of knee-jerk name-calling thanks to this glorified rhinestone schoolyard bully. President Joe Biden is “Sleepy Joe.” Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) is “Pocahontas,” Vice President Kamala Harris is “Phony Kamala,” (gee, what an inventive name), and Independent Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders is “Basically Brain-dead Bernie.”

Fortunately, Donald Trump is “ex-President Trump.”
