SICKENING: Kayleigh and Martha McCallum Express Sympathy for Officer Who Took the Life of Unarmed Black Man

Who better on Fox could evaluate yet another incident in which a white police officer takes the life of an innocent (except for tags) and unarmed black man than two gorgeous blondes on Fox News. Who better than two women who have likely talked and flirted their way out of every ticket they ever faced in their lives. And yet that is exactly what happened today on Fox News where Kayleigh McEnany and Martha McCallum discussed the latest incident in which a white police officer hunted down an unarmed black man in this country

McEnany made clear that she is praying for the victim’s family. We seriously doubt her sincerity because she’s lied about everything else in her public career. Moreover, we do not see it doing much good, since the victim is not alive and the family remains in mourning. But Kayleigh knows it sounds right, especially with what’s about to come.

Kayleigh then said that she wants “due process” and “fairness” for everyone involved. Obviously, Kayleigh means she wants due process and fairness for the white officer because the victim has passed, which vitiates any concerns about “unfairness” and his right to due process ended in the car.

McCallum took it from there to note that this involved a 26-year veteran as if that makes it more likely to be an accident. It actually makes it worse. That much experience should easily allow one to differentiate between a gun and a taser. Indeed, it makes one wonder if it really was a mistake. We cannot know. We do know this. An experienced officer caught on camera shooting an unarmed man would know within seconds that she needs a believable excuse, fast.

McCallum said, “And we hear these individuals talking about reform and accountability and you can hear the emotion also of coming from these police officers.”

Maybe. But we hear far more emotion coming from the family of the victim. Does McCallum hear that emotion? Or does that not count? Is it possible that some of the “emotion” is rooted in the fact that some serious trouble is coming the officer’s way?

“We’ve just heard it from the sheriff. We heard earlier from the chief of police, who oversaw the officer who committed this act. You have to think about that person as well today because that officer’s life is forever changed by this, this what is being referred to as an accident.

Life is forever changed? Our courtrooms are stuffed, daily, with people – many of them black – whose lives are forever changed by both accidents and spur-of-the-moment decisions, and we’ve seen very little sympathy for them. The victim’s life is forever changed, too, it is gone. But the victims of this “accident” (that we cannot be sure was an accident, yet) extend to family, friends, and other Black men who wonder whether they are next.

We saw this tweet that we believe is particularly pertinent:

Kayleigh has lied for a living and makes mistakes all the time. She only gets promoted. Of course, she’s pretty and blonde. And again, could Fox not find a few other people to give their opinion during this segment? McCallum just offended an entire race and poo-pood the concerns of nearly one-third of Americans. She will be celebrated.
