Trump Erupts at Karl Rove for Being Honest: ‘All He Wants Is to Take Your Money and Run!’

The schism in the Republican party grows and must be watched carefully.

There was a point in time when Karl Rove represented the evil heart that beat within the Republican party. Karl Rove still best represents “evil” incarnate, but he might not represent Republican evil. It all depends on who or what is a Republican nowadays. Are the MAGAs Republicans? Yes, at least in the House of Representatives. Are Karl Rove and Liz Cheney Republicans? Yes, if you ask them. But they are not MAGAs. Hence the great schism.

For now, it might be best to simply do away with the old labels. Trump and everyone else adhering to the Big Lie are the MAGAs. Everyone who voted for Bush and Mitt are “conservatives” or something. Evidently, Karl Rove is a conservative and a damned evil one at that, but evidently, he’s not a MAGA.

We don’t know the context of Rove’s interview, or what set this off, but it likely had something to do with Rove backing up Liz Cheney. As always, no one does oblivious irony like Trump. Trump just wrote on his “blog.”

Everyone is so tired of watching Karl Rove on Fox News. He has played the game for decades, but all he and his buddies want to do is take your money and run. He’s totally ineffective and does not represent the MAGA Movement in any way, shape, or form. He called me on the evening of November 3rd, Election Night, to congratulate me on my “great win.” When it was revealed the election was rigged and stolen, he flew the coop. We guarantee that Rove did not call Trump on November 3rd to congratulate him on his “great win.” Well, we cannot “guarantee it,” but we think it’s more likely that Trump called Rove on November 3rd to congratulate Rove on winning the presidency than the other way around. More than anyone, Rove knew that the vote total was nowhere near in and the stuff that was in didn’t look “great” for Trump. If by some chance Rove did call? It was a hedge, to get something from Trump down the road, not to actually congratulate Trump.

Two funny things to point out. One can say whatever about whatever, but in terms of getting Republicans elected, very few in history were more “effective” than Karl Rove (Which relates directly back to the evil thing. Rove might be less likely to violate the law than Trump, but he’s just as evil as Trump). Rove got a lot of Republicans elected and he was the first to focus on elections for state supreme court justices which changed everything in red states and American politics generally. Evil genius. Second, Trump saying “Rove just wants to take your money and run,” while then saying it’s far “wiser” to donate to Trump, is the perfect gift going into a weekend.

We think Fox viewers should hedge their bets and donate to both!
