Caitlyn Jenner is Stunned and ‘Can’t Believe’ She Lost the CA Gov Election, ‘It’s a SHAME!’
When it comes to “blue states” in the year 2021, it’s tough to come up with one bluer than California. Perhaps Hawaii, perhaps Massachusetts, but now we’re splitting atoms. California is blue, ask any presidential candidate in the last twenty years, none of whom could point to California on a map, other than maybe saying “It’s near Nevada, right?”
So why the Republicans really thought they had a chance in recalling Gavin Newsom, we will never know. Perhaps they thought that no one would notice that there was a recall election except the people actually running. That dream came too close to passing, but fortunately, Democrats rallied at the last minute, leaving Kaitlyn Jenner despondent and very very bitter. There was no “I wish our governor success in…” here:
Speaking to reporters after the AP called the race, the 71-year-old reality star slammed Newsom, saying he “didn’t campaign on not one of his successes, because he doesn’t have any.” Then she scolded people who voted against the recall.
Well, wait. “I am not Kaitlyn Jenner, nor Larry Elder” sounds like winning issues and successes to us. Now, scolded?
“I can’t believe that this many people actually voted to keep him in office,” she griped. “It’s a shame, honestly. It’s a shame. You kind of get the government you deserve.”

Now that sounds like a mature woman ready to take charge of the nation’s largest state. If they won’t vote her in, she hopes that the entire state burns to the ground, which – thanks to many Republicans over the years, is all too close to happening.
Tonight, California voted NO on the recall and YES to…
Science.
Women’s rights.
Immigrant rights.
The minimum wage.
The environment.
Our future. We rejected cynicism and bigotry and chose hope and progress.
Thank you, California.

She hinted she’s not done:
“When I decided to do this, I was coming in as an outsider. I’ve been around politics a long time, but never actually running for office,” she said. “And I thought I really needed some great people to surround me, to help me get through this, that know the ins and outs of politics. And I was able to assemble a great team, a great group of people.”
Reminiscent of the scene in Jaws, “Gonna need a bigger boat,” she’s gonna need a much better team, and fish entirely different waters. Which way to Florida?

Twitter had a field day:
On a much different note, I certainly hope this is the last time Caitlyn Jenner is national news. I will never forgive her for exploiting the pain and trauma experienced by trans children and their families in order to pander to a party that never wanted her in the first place.

So Caitlyn Jenner has failed at getting the support of a party she belongs to that hates her? Who could have seen that happen?

I would like to congratulate @Caitlyn_Jenner for paying Brad Parscale millions of dollars to not even earn 1% of the vote.
Great job! 👍🏼
