Twice-Impeached Trump is SO MAD That GOP Sen. Bill Cassidy Basically Called Him a Big Loser

Yesterday we reported on the fact that the lawsuits are getting to Trump, the truth is starting to come out, even regarding January 6th. As we have noted on many occasions, Trump needs secrecy above all else. The entire Trump “thing “doesn’t work without secrecy and he’s losing it. As the suits press on, Trump’s losing some of that secrecy and thus some of his power.

Trump’s bark doesn’t threaten GOP pols as it used to (at least fractionally) because his bite is nowhere near as deep.

On Monday, Trump lashed out at Louisiana GOP Sen. Bill Cassidy, calling Cassidy a “RINO” (because one has to support Trump on every occasion, on everything, to be a Republican now. But it’s not a cult). And Trump lashed out because Cassidy basically called Trump a loser. Hey, look at that, a Republican telling the truth!

Cassidy during an interview that aired Sunday on “Axios on HBO” said that he did not believe Trump would be the GOP presidential nominee again.

“President Trump is the first president, in the Republican side at least, to lose the House, the Senate and the presidency in four years. Elections are about winning,” Cassidy told Axios’s Mike Allen.

When Allen noted that it was “clear” that Cassidy would not be voting for Trump in any case, Cassidy responded, “I’m not.”

So of course, Trump flipped out.

According to Mediaite:

Trump said he did “so much” for Louisiana during his presidency and said, “Wacky Bill Cassidy can’t walk down the street in Louisiana, a State I won by almost 20 points. He could not even be elected dog catcher today, the great people curse him.”

When was the last time Trump had ever been to Louisiana? How the hell does he ever know… never mind, Trump never knows anything.

“Wacky Bill is a totally ineffective Senator, but Louisiana does have a great Senator in John Kennedy,” Trump added.

John Kennedy did not vote to impeach Trump over January 6th. We don’t like Bill Cassidy’s politics at all but do like the independence he’s shown. It appears that Cassidy is his own person and not afraid of Trump’s bite.

Good thing, because Cassidy likely could be elected dog catcher, though 99% of the dogs on earth have more dignity than Donald Trump and could work with Cassidy.
