One doesn’t need to be a special agent to understand that, if a person has a perfectly good working phone registered in your name, but then pays in cash, for an extra phone, not registered to any name, it means that person wants to speak to people without leaving evidence that he or she spoke to someone.
At least one January 6th rally organizer had an aide buy three “burner phones,” stressing that they must be purchased with cash. These phones were used to speak to Eric Trump, Lara Trump, Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, and others in the White House, according to Rolling Stone .
Even though it doesn’t take a special agent to understand, we do have a special agent that certainly does understand.
If you’re so innocent and everything is above board and cool and kosher, just use your normal phone, right? Why take an extra trip to the Circle K or Walmart or whoever to get a phone that can’t be traced?
Tell me you’re a criminal without actually saying it: Sources:Jan. 6 WH Rally Team Used Burner Phones to talk to White House – Rolling Stone https://t.co/wMODHcbPpd

Some of the organizers who planned the rally that took place on the White House Ellipse on Jan. 6 allegedly used difficult-to-trace burner phones for their most “high level” communications with former President Trump’s team.
Kylie Kremer, a top official in the March for Trump group that helped plan the Ellipse rally , directed an aide to pick up three burner phones days before Jan. 6, according to three sources who were involved in the event. One of the sources, a member of the March for Trump team, says Kremer insisted the phones be purchased using cash and described this as being “of the utmost importance.”
The three sources say Kylie Kremer took one of the phones and used it to communicate with top White House and Trump campaign officials , including Eric Trump, the president’s second-oldest son, who leads the family’s real-estate business ; Lara Trump, Eric’s wife and a former senior Trump campaign consultant; Mark Meadows, the former White House chief of staff; and Katrina Pierson, a Trump surrogate and campaign consultant.
This new bombshell of evidence is entirely consistent with every other bombshell that has emerged with respect to the “rally,” one that looks to have been coordinated by the White House, and the “riot” on Capitol Hill, also apparently coordinated.
It is also entirely consistent that we are getting this news from journalists, some of the best in the world, but not from our own FBI, purportedly the world’s best police force. We cannot help but notice that the FBI is very good at arresting people who broke windows, and maybe not so good at arresting people that tried to break a country.
Spare the emails about patience and working slowly and secretly. We know that Rudy’s place was raided and all electronic equipment was taken. Have we heard about Kremer’s house being raided and all electronic equipment taken? No, we haven’t, because it never happened, and once again we’re witnessing the media and a congress miles ahead of the DOJ and FBI (two entities with very powerful tools to get this information much more easily), presuming that either entity has even joined the race.
Is it possible that DOJ has a grand jury impaneled and is working through 48 felony charges against Donald Trump? Sure. But we’re past the point now when we’d have expected the minions to be charged already, minions like Kremer, and asked to give up the big fish.
It is highly worrisome that even with each damning revelation, we still haven’t heard from DOJ. No charges, no court filings, just more broken glass, bear spray, and nothing about orders or money.
But Eric, Lara, and Mark Meadows are going to go through some things in front of that Select Committee – the one that better start working on weekends if it going to solve this entire case for DOJ.
We should also be thankful to all the journalists that continue to do risky work in digging out these facts.
