Lin Wood, the controversial attorney who has been spreading lies about the 2020 election being “rigged” since the second it was called for Joe Biden, has a new theory. It is as ridiculous as ever.

Using Telegram, the messaging app favored by right-wing extremists in the United States, Wood posited that he was being targeted by the “Deep State” and that actors within it could be blackmailing or threatening his four children into not speaking to him anymore.

It’s impossible for someone as deluded as Lin Wood is to grasp, but many families have been torn apart upon finding out that one of the members of that family is the kind of person who would support Donald Trump. And that’s just the fact that the Trumper in question would vote for him. Lin is the kind of sycophant that makes Marjorie Taylor Greene and Lauren Boebert look tame in comparison.

His post began with a hypothetical:

An imperfect man is nonetheless a loving, caring father to his children for over 30 years. They love him deeply and he knows it. They have a wonderful relationship. All the friends of the family know of the love between the father and his children.

Then when the father becomes the target of the Deep State in late 2019 to the present, ALL 4 of his children suddenly seem to attack their father and do not email him, text him, or call on his cell phone (things that can be monitored by the Deep State).

Now, let’s get this out of the way: There is no “Deep State.” Conspiracy theorists love to invoke it because they don’t have to provide any proof of anything ever actually DONE by the fictional entity. They just have to hypothesize publicly.

So is he really blaming Deep State operatives for his estrangement from his family, who “seem to” attack him? You’d better believe it.

Wait. Is it possible that scum bag operatives in the Deep State might be threatening, even blackmailing, the father’s children? Then using the forced alienation from his children to attack the father?

The Deep State will stop at nothing to destroy its enemy.
