Cultist at Trump Rally Describes Finally Meeting Trump — Says His Arm Hair is Still Standing Up Straight
It actually is not a cult.
MAGA crossed that line prior to the election and everyone knew it. No, it is a religion now. Look at the number of churches that officially take the position that following Trump is a necessary component of its services and membership. Given that Trump is a person, and not a value (Anti-LGBTQ, Anti-Abortion, etc.) it certainly sounds as though there are two “humans” the church worships, Jesus (but not the real Jesus, pretend Jesus, white, AR-15 Jesus), and – of course, Donald Trump, who has lived a life that couldn’t be the opposite of what Christians are supposed to believe.
Given that many MAGAs will travel many miles to a Trump rally, they should be called revivals, one is forced to wonder if this particular church, is more important than the one down the street. There are MAGAs that do not miss a service.
Most of the MAGAs never get to see or shake hands with their god, similar to Jesus. That’s a good thing for them because Jesus might actually tell them they’re more than a little off track. Below we have an example of one that fits the “religious” type. How else does one explain a man who says that just meeting his god has impacted his body, at least very symbolically?

Ah, a “graduate” of Trump University, now in a theological seminary, undoubtedly. It sounds as though there is another service today, Saturday. Well, at least Trump keeps the Sabbath day holy and not the “semi-pagan” day, “Sunday.”
Twitter had some thoughts:
I just don’t understand. What is it exactly about Trump that these people adore? I honestly can’t see it. Am I missing something?
