The Reviews are in for Trump’s Rally and it Was More Pathetic Than Expected, Low-Energy and Full of Lies

According to Donald Trump, the Democrats just passed the largest tax hike in all of history. While it is true that taking the top tax bracket for people making above $400,000 a year up four points is going to bring in a lot of money, but nowhere near as much as taxing corporations 15%, something that should have been done a long time ago. So, with respect to the amount of money raised for the government, the type that reduces the deficit (the one that Trump burst at the seams), yes – it’s a huge revenue increase.

But don’t tell the people standing at the Trump rally in Wisconsin that they just received the largest tax hike in history. For one, anyone who lived through World War II (and, unfortunately, few of them are left) could talk about what a real tax increase looks like, and – again, if the MAGA at the rally makes less than $400,000 a year, they’re not getting a tax increase. They are getting cheaper prescription drugs and a more modern, greener energy infrastructure.

So, Trump was off and running with the lies early. And why not? The Democrats did something great this week. Oh, and gas is $8.25 a gallon in California. The price of gas has gone down every day for 50 days and averages below $4.00 a gallon. Such a liar:

And so, he was flying off the rails from the very beginning. Two assertions that even his supporters likely didn’t believe. They know the price of gas is coming down!

Trump wants to know where we get “teachers.”

Normally from two blocks down, they’re just teaching a normal curriculum but then again – normal education scares the “bejesus” out of these people.

And then it just got ridiculous. Trump thinks he is the most “persecuted person in the history of our country.” This coming from the man who started the whole birther movement and was less “persecuted” than the president prior to him. By the way, this country was built by slaves. Slaves were highly persecuted. Black people were highly persecuted through segregation and the Civil Rights movement and are still persecuted today. But then again, Trump is only counting “real Americans,” and this rich white man is the most persecuted of them all.

Wow. We always knew the MAGAs believed that Trump was God. Now, he’s Jesus, too. If Trump is Jesus – and he’s not, here is his Mary Magdelene:

Next up, our “foreign policy expert president” wants to know what Pelosi was doing in Taiwan. The obvious answer; keeping strong relationships with a friendly nation that matters. What were you doing in North Korea?

Trump then talks about his love of the police and how we should just let the police beat the shit out of people without any repercussions. He just seems to love the police…but I am guessing the Capitol Police are exempt from this little speech?

Now, this is a tough one. When he says “targeting,” below, does he mean targeting his attacking Magas, or is he just talking MAGA world generally? Because we can promise, “street gangs” get targeted plenty, and so do very innocent POC standing anywhere alongside.

And the zinger!!

Just like Trump said that he did more in his first two years as president than any other president in history, Biden has…

Says the man who fought with Secret Service agents to lead a coup.  Unbelievable. Totally believable.

And of course the tease that he’s running again. Merrick Garland, WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!??
