Former Putin Ally Plunges to His Death ‘From a Great Height’ at Moscow Aviation Institute
The GOP leaders that privately yearn for a government more like Russia’s should pay attention to things like this. There are far too many Republicans that are just fine with one party winning every election (because they’re rigged from the beginning), rules almost exclusively by white men with no real fear of repercussions for illegal behavior. Corruption is expected and becomes a national export.
A guy like Ron DeSantis should concentrate on the fact that unless they are the top guy, the top guy can order them “erased,” and that is the end of it. A Moscow aviation company CEO has been the 12th to die this year from “tall building syndrome.” This man fell down multiple flights of stairs, thus having to zig-zag around corners. The message is sent. From Yahoo News:
The former head of a Kremlin-linked engineering institute died Wednesday in an apparent accident, according to CNN — adding to the long list of Russian CEOs and officials who have met a mysterious end this year.
Russian news outlet Izvestia reported that Anatoly Gerashchenko “fell from a great height” down numerous flights of stairs inside the Moscow Aviation Institute’s headquarters, according to The Daily Beast. The institute’s press office described his death as “the result of an accident.”

While the Moscow Aviation Institute might sound like a flight school, the university conducts research in fields with potential military applications, from avionics and aerospace to drones and artificial intelligence, according to Insider.
It sure sounds like this guy was killed either due to abject incompetency, with Russian drones and other devices not working as promised, or that he was skimming money off the top from the many orders due to the war in Ukraine. Not much else makes sense… unless he was part of a group that wants to overthrow Putin.
Regardless, GOP officials need to pay attention to this and consider whether they want to “fall off” a building from 12 stories up if they displease some orange guy.
An Ex-Putin ally (emphasis on "Ex") plunged to his death from a great height at the Moscow Aviation Institute. Anatoly Gerashchenko somehow fell down a flight of stairs and careened down other flights, thus sustaining injuries incompatible with staying alive. It was an accident.
