Viral Video Shows Train Plow into Colorado Police Car With Woman Handcuffed in Back Seat

If this cop isn’t arrested and prosecuted, it means that police officers are 100% immune, at least in Colorado. Below you’ll see the video of a cop who had detained a woman in his cruiser, park his car precisely on railroad tracks, leaving the woman in the car just minutes before the train hit the car. The woman is a TSA agent detained for road rage and has survived to this point, though she has 9 broken ribs, a sternum broken, and injuries to just about every other part of her body.

Here is the video, and there is much more from Chanel 9 News from Greely, Colorado. Try to imagine how terrified this woman must have been, unable to get out of the locked car while the officers ran away. Last, it seems beyond any sort of accident for someone to stop a car on railroad tracks. It sounds intentional:

Now, according to Chanel 9 News:

Law enforcement stopped the suspect car near Highway 85 and County Road 36. A Platteville officer parked his cruiser on the tracks during the stop. Shortly after Rios-Gonzalez was placed in the cruiser, the train hit it.

Rios-Gonzalez, who works as a TSA agent, suffered nine broken ribs, a fractured sternum, a broken arm and numerous other injuries to her head, back and legs, her attorney said.

“She’s definitely upset about what happened. She doesn’t understand why she was left in the car. She was yelling to get their attention and could see the train coming,” Wilkinson said.

Stopped his car on tracks and placed the woman in it while he was out walking around? She could see the train coming, but not a single officer did until way too late? This sounds like a possible manslaughter case unless the state investigators can prove that the officer knew that a train would be passing through, then it jumps up to near anything.
