TROUBLE IN PARADISE: Rumors Are Swirling That Ivanka and Jared are Discussing Divorce After 13 Years of Marriage

The strain of being Donald Trump’s daughter has apparently caught up with Ivanka Trump and it’s something that her marriage to Jared Kushner may not be able to weather. More than a few sources say the relationship between the power couple is turning icy and divorce may be imminent, Queerty reports.

“It’s all falling apart,” one source told Radar earlier this week. “They’re always fighting and can barely contain their growing animosity for each other even when they appear in public.”

According to this source, the couple’s 13-year marriage began to founder when her father lost his 2020 reelection bid and then set the failed Capitol attack in motion. In the two years that have followed the marriage has become “toxic.”

“Jared recognized Donald had become radioactive (that’s putting it mildy), and he pushed Ivanka to abandon her father for the sake of their own reputations and the future of their children, ” the source said.

“They still have grand ambitions and consider themselves card-carrying power brokers. But Jared knew if Ivanka continued to stand by her dad, all of his big business connections would go out the window.”

The speculation seems to fit in with a report published by Page Six earlier this month that noted the couple appeared “cold” to each other at a yacht party in Miami. Apparently, Jared and Ivanka acted more like “acquaintances” instead of spouses as they mingled with friends.

So, how is this going to jibe with that ginormous mansion — their “forever home” that they recently moved into on Indian Creek Island in Miami a few weeks ago? The couple bought the 6-bedroom, 81/2 bathroom beachfront estate in 2021 for $24 million and recently wrapped up renovations on the home.

That said, with so many bedrooms and over 8000 square feet of space there’s plenty of room if either Jared or Ivanka needs their space.

Since leaving Washington, D.C. in January 2021, Ivanka has remained pretty quiet. She hasn’t granted interviews and has avoided the press, except for the occasional photo opportunity while giving food to hungry families.

Another thing Ivanka is obviously doing is distancing herself from her father, even to the point of not being in attendance when dear old dad launched his 2024 campaign at Mar-a-Lago last month. In a statement, she noted she intended to avoid politics and was now prioritizing her family. Of course, it doesn’t hurt that she took home $640 million during her time in the White House.

“I love my father very much. This time around, I’m choosing to prioritize my young children and the private life we are creating as a family,” she said in an interview with Fox News Digital. “I do not plan to be in politics. While I will always love and support my father, going forward I will do so outside the political arena.”

Another source told Us Weekly that Ivanka was completely serious about no longer working in government.

“She saw firsthand how vicious and toxic the backbiting was and still is,” the source noted, “and by the time came for her to step away she couldn’t do it fast enough.”

When Ivanka sat out her father’s announcement, she was perhaps, in a small way, standing up to him. But now that she’s done that, Queerty reports that immediate members of her family are now avoiding her.

“Ivanka has been declared persona non grata by all the other Trumps,” one source said. “And she’s begun to have regrets. She didn’t sign up to be a pariah in her own family.”

But it’s her father who should be the pariah. I’m guessing none of the other Trump children (except for Barron, who’s still too young to have a say in this) are standing up to dear old dad because there’s undoubtedly a will, and no one wants to be left out. Melania’s not particularly fond of Ivanka, so it looks like the former first daughter may become a poor little rich girl.
