Trump Caught Hosting Another Pair of Dangerous Right-Wing Losers at Mar-a-Lago

It’s not bad enough that Trump invited White nationalist Nick Fuentes and anti-Semitic rapper Kanye West to dinner right before Thanksgiving last year. No, now we find out that he’s hosted the conservative influencers behind “Libs of TikTok” and Babylon Bee to Mar-a-Lago, according to one source with knowledge of the situation.

Believe me, this last group isn’t any better than the first. Indeed, he invited Chaya Raichik, creator of Libs of TikTok, which has gained a massive following among conservatives, and Seth Dillon, who owns Babylon Bee, a conservative satire site, NBC News reports.

And Trump is doing this to butter up Republicans so he can build more influence for his 2024 presidential campaign, the source said, adding he has a whole slate lined up of wine-and-dine events with conservative social media influencers.

Even though he announced his presidential aspirations last year, he has been slow to get things off the ground. That, however, changes on Saturday as he heads to South Carolina and New Hampshire for events.

And as you might guess, Raichik is quite proud that the former president invited her to Mar-a-Lago.

“Bumped into this guy and he invited me for dinner,” she posted on Twitter. “He seems nice!”

Raichik is considered influential in the Ron DeSantis camp. The Florida Governor is seen as a potential political rival to Trump. She posted an additional tweet adding that she asked Trump “if his first tweet back can be retweeting this,” referring to the fact that although Twitter CEO Elon Musk has invited him back onto Twitter, he has remained silent after being suspended after the January 6 Capitol attack.

Apparently, Trump has sought advice over the past few weeks about posting on the platform again and his campaign advisers have been discussing ideas for his first tweet. He’s also making plans for his return to Facebook.

That’s right folks, he’ll soon be annoying us again on both platforms and undoubtedly spreading misinformation.

Oh joy.

The Washington Post identified Raichik as the creator of Libs of TikTok last year. The platform’s Twitter account has more than 1 million followers while its Instagram account has over 350,000.

Raichik started Libs of TikTok following Trump’s suspension from Twitter, according to the Post. The account mocks liberals, especially TikTok videos from people in the LGBTQ community, and these posts have been shared widely by far-right media figures, politicians, and influencers.

In other words, the posts are shared by odious, awful human beings. To make matters worse, this is happening at a time when anti-LGBTQ legislation is surging nationwide.

Raichik has reportedly announced her support for Trump in tweets that have since been deleted, the Post reports. She even talked about going to Washington, D.C. to support Trump during the Stop the Steal rally on January 6, 2021, as the then-president refused to accept that he lost the 2020 presidential election. It’s even been reported that she tweeted videos and her account of the events that unfolded during the Capitol attack.

Maybe I’m overly idealistic, but I just can’t understand how people like Raichik can be so awful. LGBTQ individuals should have the same rights all of us have and the right-wing is doing its utmost to cause as much harm as possible. My heart truly goes out to this community and to people of color because they are also seeing their rights disappear.

What a truly sad time we live in.
