We keep hearing that former President Donald Trump will be indicted by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg sometime this week over the $130,000 in hush money he allegedly paid adult film actress Stormy Daniels during his 2016 presidential campaign.

If Trump is indicted, he’ll have to appear in court and some people doubt the former first lady will appear alongside him, according to Queerty. This includes Stephanie Grisham, her former White House communications director. During an interview with Inside Edition, Grisham was whether Melania would appear in court alongside her husband, something that spouses often do, she said she said she seriously doubted it.

“I would be very, very surprised,” Grisham said. “I would be very surprised to see her in court. Because it has to do with Stormy Daniels. It’s just not in her to stand by her man for something like that.”

“She’s not lending him a whole lot of moral support and I’m sure she’s still thinking: ‘You got yourself into this mess. I’m certainly not going to walk beside you and support you as you try to get out of it,” Grisham explained.

Grisham added that when the Stormy Daniels story broke in January 2018, Melania was outraged at the idea that her husband would have a fling with a p*rn star and definitely wanted to put distance between herself and the scandal.

Then we soon began hearing that Melania had moved out of the White House and checked into a hotel. Those reports, however, have re-emerged this week, and Melania’s former friend Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, “who never misses an opportunity to plug her 2020 tell-all book Melania and Me, called bullsh*t,” per Queerty.

“BS! How do I know? I was there,” she posted on Twitter Tuesday. “Melania slept in her bedroom in the WH. I slept in my bedroom in the WH above her. I accompanied Melania & her mother to the Holocaust Museum. I wrote about it in my book Melania and Me.”

Wolkoff began secretly recording her conversations with Melania in 2018 and at the time the then-first lady kept calling Daniels a “p*rn hooker,” especially after finding out that Daniels posed for a Vogue photoshoot with Annie Leibovitz.

“Go Google and read it,” Melania can be heard saying on one recording that Wolkoff released in 2020. “Annie Leibovitz shot the p*rn hooker and she will be [in] one of the issues, September or October.”

As you might expect, Melania has said nary a word about her husband’s upcoming indictment (if it ever happens). She’s biding her time at Mar-a-Lago, and perhaps trying to figure out her next NFT grift.
