It takes a while to thumb in a message on Twitter or Truth Social. This is especially true when your thumbs are as long as your.., when you have the creativity of a Cheerio. So Trump has been relying on other people to convey the message he wants out there. He is picky. It is not like “everything makes it into his feed,” especially “news” (lots of memes make it), so it’s a good idea to at least pay attention to stuff that he read or at least read the title.
Because every once in a while, he posts something – instead of saying it himself – that is so deeply disturbing, it’s not only worth reading, it’s worth thinking about the ideas he takes in from these messages and how much they impact Trump’s “brain,” one that already squeezes out dangerous anger and need for “retribution.” After all, someone has to pay. He was hurt.
Trump posted an article from RSBN (Right Side Broadcasting Network) entitled: This Is the Final Battle: In 2024, Trump Is America’s Harbinger of Hope and Retribution (Emphasis added by this site). Anything that says “Final Battle” is an invitation to fight if they lose the election. And that retribution word bothers… all of us. Someone wants to be President so he can “punish” people. That would be a first, including 2016.

To the American people, Trump is unquestionably the champion in the fight for liberty. As the country marches onward toward nuclear war, further economic devastation, and the unfettered onslaught of illegal immigration, the stakes are high. The country is in free fall, printing trillions of fiat dollars and playing dangerous games with nuclear powers like Russia and China.
Note the fear. Fear is the only way to reach RW voters. Nuclear war? Country in Free Fall? (The printing trillions is special since the deficit is falling under Biden, it grew 25 f’ing percent under Trump.)
From Trump’s speech, a good reminder:
“This is the final battle,” Trump said [2] on Saturday. “They know it, I know, you know it – everybody knows it. This is it. Either they win or we win.”
We have elections in this country, not battles. The Constitution is literally set up to prevent “battles.” And most of us presume we’ll have another one in 2028. I truly think that Trump doesn’t believe nor want an election in 2028. When someone tells you who they are, believe them. If he says this is the “final battle,” believe that he thinks it is the final battle for control of the United States, forever (if he wins).
So here we go back to the article after a long litany of further grievance (stolen election, taken as a given), the country going to shit, and Trump’s promise to fire every “deep state employee in the federal government,” the author wrote:
President Trump is not only the greatest president in modern history. He is the voice of the everyday American who is working to feed their family. He is the warrior against the shadowed forces of the Deep State. He represents the coming justice for those in power who have abused their authority in their desperation to clamp the shackles of tyranny around the ankles of American citizens. He is the retribution that we have been waiting for in this final and historic internal war to reestablish the United States as a nation of free people with unalienable rights, given by God alone.
I have said it over and over and over. The first term was about “owning the libs,” and the second (unlikely, but far too possible) will be about punishing the libs. In the same way that people in government must either pledge allegiance to Trump (and they WILL have to sign loyalty oaths or something), if you do not support Trump, you will be punished in some way, POC much much more so, LGBTQ can forget all their gains, and immigrants… God help us all.
Speaking of “God.” I am a big believer in natural laws. Everyone should be. “You don’t hurt me, and I don’t hurt you. You don’t steal from what I’ve earned, and I don’t steal from you…” Those are not “God given” (See, e.g. 10 Commandments as the God-given rights and law). Natural laws come from human nature and orderly society.
When they invoke “God” in the holy battle – the “final battle” – well, that’s the type of motivation that causes people to fly into buildings or blow up American Democratic institutions, possibly punishing blue states on the whole.
Yes, it was written by another author. But Trump read it – he reads everything that praises him as the “final hope.” Given all the “ideas” presented by the author, Trump’s makeup is to seek retribution. First, He WILL jail Biden, Garland, Smith, Cheney, et al. if he can get away with it, and he might just be able to. At some point, Trump will start calling members of the judiciary, including the SCOTUS as, “the Deep State,” and they either need to pledge loyalty or go.
He doesn’t give a f*** about the country or even his supporters. But he desperately wants retribution. 2024 will be about punishment.
