Lawyer Reveals What Trump Said When He Was First Told of Indictment, and it Was Typical ‘POOR ME’ Trump Victim Mentality

Happy Indictment Day my fellow Trump haters…you bet I have had a big ol’ dumb smile on my face for the last few hours because it’s ABOUT TIME. We don’t know too much about the indictment, but we did learn quite a bit from one of Donald Trump’s attorneys who gave a rather lengthly and open interview to Kaitlan Collins.

Trump’s lawyer said Wednesday night during an appearance on CNN that they learned the one-term loser former fat president has been indicted in the Mar-a-Lago documents case through an email that contained the summons for Tuesday’s court date.

Asked what Trump’s reaction to the news was, attorney James Trusty said: “He thought about it. He said, ‘This just a sad day… I can’t believe I’ve been indicted.”

Awww, someone call the wahhhmbulance! Poor, poor Trump with his billions and the opportunity to make the country and world better by being president, but instead chose to make everything abut himself and make sure that he and his family benefited as much as possible from his position.

Trusty also claimed Trump’s legal team has not received the actual indictment, but that the summons named at least three charges: willful retention of documents under the Espionage Act, obstruction, conspiracy, and false statements.

“Willful retention” is a key term…it means Trump can’t play dumb and say “Hey, I was president, all I have to do is move my hand in a circular motion above the documents and say ‘I hereby declare these classified documents UNCLASSIFIED!’ and it shall be done!” Nope. Smith and his group of prosecutors have something, most likely from that tape recorded at Bedminster in 2021 where Trump was discussing one of those classified documents (a document that still hasn’t been found) and admitted ON TAPE that he wasn’t allowed to show other people. Hmmm, but I thought he could declassify anything? So basically Trump can’t lie because he was caught on tape admitting he knew the truth.

And Trump’s lawyers haven’t even seen the indictment, they only received a summons via email. Think about that. We are hearing one charge is under the Espionage Act, and that must be their worst nightmare. This isn’t Stormy Daniels. This isn’t Letitia James. This is BAD. Trump must be TERRIFIED.
