You know, I’d almost feel sorry for Donald Trump if he weren’t such a nasty creep. You can tell this is going to be a Donald Trump fan appreciation post (please note the sarcasm, thank you) can’t you? Anyway, all those late-night Truth Social rants can take a toll on one’s sleep, and that, coupled with all those alleged pharmaceuticals Trump takes means that he’s struggling to keep his eyes open lately.

Trump shared a new video on Truth Social where he appeared very sleepy and his face very swollen while flying on his private plane. This, of course, means that he’s being widely mocked on social media.

In the clip, the former president says, “I’m going to Cleveland, it looks like we’re doing great in Ohio. We’re doing great in just about every state we’re in. Every poll number that’s coming in is looking good, we’re leading just about every poll on a national basis — on a swing state basis — and I’m looking forward to Thursday night.”

Of course, Trump’s somnolent post was noticed by the ever-astute Ron Filipkowski, editor-in-chief of Meidas Touch. Filipkowski, who is no fan of the former president, noted “Dude’s so high he can’t even keep his eyes open.”

Trump has obviously been going down this road for a long time and many people have suspected him of allegedly using stimulants like Adderall. Time and again we’ve seen him appearing to deal with the after-effects of these drugs. Thousands of X users commented on the video to lampoon the GOP leader for looking “high as a kite.” OK! reports.

“He’s top up, that Adderall does wonders for being high if you don’t need it. The more you take the more you want, it’s very addicting,” one user observed.

Another person remarked, “Joe Biden needs to immediately agree to drug testing & force Trump’s hand. Trump makes Hunter look like a recreational user.

Trump continuously demands that Biden undergo a drug test and he’s really playing that up right now as the debates in June and September loom. This isn’t a smart move on Trump’s part, although things like this have never stopped him before. But it’s likely that Biden will clean Trump’s clock. The former president accused Biden of being under the influence during his State of the Union speech in March. I think Trump is projecting here and that’s all it is. And Biden and his supporters have vehemently denied Trump’s accusation.

“I don’t know what he’s using, but that was not … hey, he was higher than a kite, and by the way, it was the worst address I’ve ever seen,” Trump told Newsmax at the time.

And of course, he just had to bring up the story about a bag of cocaine being discovered by the Secret Service at the White House last summer.

“I think what happened, you know, that white stuff, that they happened to find, which happened to be cocaine at the White House, I don’t know, I think something is going on there,” Trump suggested.

I guess he forgets about Donald Trump Jr.’s alleged dalliances with coke. You know, because Junior appears like this sometimes:

Of course, we don’t really know if Donald Trump’s eldest son is doing coke, but nevertheless, anytime dear old Dad brings up the white, powdery stuff, Junior is always going to show up in my mind. And who knows, maybe Junior learned some of his bad habits from Dad.
