Just For the Fun of It, Elon Musk ‘Bankrupted’ His Ex and Fought a Bitter Custody Battle With Her That Was Ridiculously Unfair

I’ll start this off in full disclosure mode: I have fought and won a custody battle with my first wife. That seems like more information than you need to read an article I’m writing for you, but I swear, it’s a salient and relevant fact. I don’t see custody battles the way most do, and it’s because of my own experience.

I did something that could be considered perhaps underhanded during my custody battle. At one point, I convinced my ex to sign a “joinder,” which essentially allowed me to draw up the rest of our divorce and custody agreement myself, and she would be considered to have already agreed to the terms.

But if that seems cruel, imagine coming to pick up your baby from your ex’s house and finding them wrapped in a t-shirt instead of a diaper. Visualize your baby crawling across a floor full of beer cans and pizza boxes with cigarette butts in them Picture having enough information about the activities and history of your ex to convince a court that you, as the father, would be better suited to care for a baby as a single parent than that baby’s mother.

That’s what happened in my case, and it led me to understand that if my ex’s parents had used their considerable resources to fight me in court, I would have lost. My son would have been raised by a mother who, after the court battle was over, was eventually determined to need supervised visitation.

My underhanded deed was vindicated by the fact that I made two demands: That I could give my child my last name, hyphenated (since my ex didn’t take my last name when we wed), and that in order to ever have an overnight visit with our child, she had to buy him a bed.

That’s it. She never had that overnight visit, not even one.

That’s not how things went down with Elon Musk and his ex, pop star Grimes. The Canadian musician, whose real name is Claire Boucher, wants to be a part of her child’s life. She knows plenty of dirt on Elon Musk. She should have easily been able to get full custody of their baby, who he bizarrely named X Æ A-12. The child, now four, goes by X, just like the name of his father’s social media platform-turned-Nazi haven.

Instead, she gets the child every other week, and even that only after a year of fighting it out with him in court. He has a greater social presence than her, more money for lawyers — more money period — than any other human on earth, and unlimited time and energy to devote to making her life miserable.

It’s obvious by his posts on social media that he’s what we all know as a troll. I usually chalk that up to the fact that he’s an Edison type instead of Tesla type of inventor. He likes to pretend he invented things, when in reality, he has teams of scientists that dream up things he can put his name on.

He’s a narcissist on the level of Donald Trump with unlimited resources and a mean streak.

In the irony of all ironies, we learned the outcome of her battle with Musk via a post on the site he owns. She tweeted that she had “never been better in my life than right now,” and talked of her latest creative projects. And then she dished on the fight she had with Elon Musk.

I spent a lot of my time off with babies getting in my ten thousand hours of creative writing and mastering the art which I’ve never had. Having babies rips you apart and puts you back together. Babies are ten thousand philosophy classes of sh*t you can only learn from that experience.

Spent a year locked in battle in a state with terrible mothers rights having my instagram posts and modeling used as reasons I shouldn’t have my kids and fighting and detaching from the love of my life as he becomes unrecognizable to me, with a fraction of his resources (or iq/ strategy experience), all the while I didn’t see one of my babies for 5 months.

And this is only what can be said publicly, since most of my experience these last years should remain behind closed doors.

She went on to detail how she was “going bankrupt” from the lawsuit and lived in constant fear of losing her children. Yes, plural. The couple had three children together — he just wouldn’t let her see X. The custody battle also involved Exa Dark Sideræl and Techno Mechanicus, also known as Y and Tau.

For whatever reason, Musk’s primary focus was on X, and the boy has often been seen with him while Elon is hanging out with Donald Trump, including on election night.

The case was closed to the public, but in a now-deleted post, Grimes did sort of confirm the visitation schedule when she said “It’s my week without my kids so if u wanna get responses from me it’s now or every second week after this.”

What a nightmare for this poor woman. All she wanted was to see her babies, but a weirdo with $300 billion dollars to fire at her wouldn’t let it happen.
