Laura Ingraham Thinks All Black People Look Alike: Mixes Up Photos of Fani Willis and Letitia James

Laura's lucky she didn't marry a Black man, or she might go home with the wrong guy.

I don’t think it’s a radical notion to say that Laura Ingraham is an awful person. So this story isn’t really surprising to me, it’s just… Well, I almost feel embarrassed for her. Almost.

During a broadcast on Monday, Ingraham was ranting about the people who have been behind the legal efforts to hold Donald Trump accountable for his many, many crimes. That’s a pretty good size list, honestly, but it’s a lot of names you’ve heard so many times that you recognize them now.

In fact, the average person might even recognize a picture of these people if they saw one. And working in a television studio, you’re not alone. It’s not like a quiz show — the host and the backstage team are working together. Graphics professionals put up pictures and text and the host reads them and says the names of the people, all in perfect symbiosis.

In theory.

On the Monday show, as Ingraham was mentioning Special Counsel Jack Smith, Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg, and Fani Willis, the DA of Fulton County, Georgia. She went 2-for-3 on the pictures, though. Instead of showing Fani Willis, she showed a picture of Letitia James, the Attorney General of New York.

Yikes, girl.

She did come back on air later and apologize for the “mishap,” but it seemed pretty pathetic, if this was supposed to be an apology.

Earlier on The Angle we accidentally showed a graphic of a photo that had another vicious anti-Trump figure, Letitia James, when we were talking about Fani Willis so that was our mistake.

But they both hate Trump.

Oddly enough, I actually have a hard time differentiating between all of the blonde Nazi-type women at Fox News, although I never seem to struggle with Ingraham herself. I recognize her by her evil deeds immediately.

Like, remember that time when she was at Dartmouth and she was the editor of the campus newspaper? That time when she sent a reporter undercover into a Gay Students Alliance meeting, and then published a transcript of the whole meeting, including the names of every attendee? Of course, that was back in 1984, when it was totally cool to be outed as a homosexual.

Her gay brother Curtis didn’t mind at all. No, wait. He called her a “monster” who was influenced by their “Nazi sympathizer” and abusive alcoholic father.

So we know she’s awful. I don’t think you need more examples, but I’m betting you could just rabbit-hole a Google search like that in your spare time when you’re constipated.

Honestly, the whole thing reminded me of this:

And don’t think that internet commenters were going to let it go, either.

Here’s the truly salient point, though. If she’s going to use “Well, they both hate Trump” as her excuse, maybe she ought to look into why they’ve worked so hard to prosecute Trump, with one of them already having succeeded. As this commenter put it,

Fox, of course, corrected the clip for use on their website with the correct picture shortly after her admission of the mix-up.

You can always count of Fox and Laura Ingraham to be unapologetically racist, and then absolutely refuse to apologize in any way. It’s what they do, and they do it well.
