Melania Trump Is Never On Magazine Covers Or On TV, And Conservatives Are FURIOUS…
First lady Melania Trump is an exceptionally private woman. She maintains a low profile that borders on a complete absence from the public eye. It comes as a surprise that a woman so accustomed to the spotlight would not use that familiarity to advance the administration’s agenda.
Melania Trump is a former model who has been on the covers of more than one magazine. Those appearances all came prior to her husband’s election. Since her move to the White House, Melania has not been on any magazine covers and has made few public appearances.
In contrast, Melania’s predecessor Michelle Obama made regular appearances on television. She appeared on “Carpool Karaoke,” a segment on CBS’s The Late Late Show with James Corden. Michelle Obama also graced the covers of Vogue three times, Time, Glamour, Essence, InStyle, Redbook, Cooking Light, and O the Oprah magazine among many other appearances.
Susan Mackey-Kallis is a Villanova University communications professor. She observed that Melania Trump has given fewer public speeches than either Michelle Obama or Laura Bush had at this time in their respective husbands’ presidencies.

Professor Mackey-Kallis noted that “She seems far more uncomfortable taking a place on the public stage than did her predecessors.”
Lauren A. Wright is a politics and Public Affairs lecturer at Princeton University. Wright observed that first lady Melania Trump “has this toolkit that makes her a unique, powerful surrogate. … It’s so rare for a White House not to take advantage of that.” She also noted that regular appearances, like the many Michelle Obama made, or even former first lady Nancy Reagan’s appearance on “Diff’rent Strokes” promoting her “Just Say No” anti-drug campaign, are “a really good opportunity to get that different audience without being called unpresidential.”
Twitter had some thoughts:
No. She is just to classy to submit to the derision and fake news created by the failing left wing media and entertainment venues. They had their chance when she was a model. Now she represents our president and country with a poise and grace that has been missing for 8 years.

Melania is too beautiful to be on a rag magazine. Especially ones that featured the crass/ trash photos of previous Flotus. #TrueBeauty

Why would Melania Trump subject herself to television programs that consistently mock her accent and lifestyle?
Unlike her predecessors, Melania doesn’t require glamorous magazine covers and television appearances to display her elegance. https://t.co/TUVqyLlGTg

When you have half of society "resisting" they ignore @FLOTUS, grace, beauty & elegance. Melania would be beautiful on the cover of fashion magazines & designers should be fighting to dress her. Her story of being an immigrant & becoming a citizen is one that should be told.

.voguemagazine WHEN WILL Melania Trump grace your cover? Your magazine is worthless until you put the most beautiful First Lady on your cover. Do it for Americans who love her. If you want to sell magazines, you will put her on the cover!
