Trump Just Lashed Out AGAIN on Twitter Insisting He’s Right About Dorian Hitting Alabama, ‘I Was Right!’

Donald Trump took to Twitter on Thursday to double down on his false claim that Hurricane Dorian was on a path to hitting Alabama, a day after he held up a forecast amended in marker to show the Yellowhammer State in Dorian’s path.

It is truly remarkable at this point that Trump refuses to admit he was wrong.

Trump, who started the controversy when he tweeted Sept. 1 that Alabama would be impacted by Dorian despite forecasts not backing up the claim, tweeted again Thursday with National Weather Service maps from Aug. 29 and Aug. 30 that showed part of Alabama with a 5 to 10 percent chance of tropical storm force winds:

Trump failed to mention that those forecasts were outdated by the time he declared Alabama in the danger zone on Sunday.

Trump also retweeted Thursday an Aug. 30 tweet from the Alabama National Guard in an attempt to back up his claim:

Trump’s Thursday tweetstorm came a day after he gave an update on Dorian holding an earlier forecast of the hurricane amended with black marker to include Alabama in the storm’s path.

At this point, Twitter is in shock:
