Eric Trump Flies into a Rage After Learning Scotland is Investigating His Family for Money Laundering

As we wrote this morning, Scotland is making a lot of noise about investigating the Trumps for possible criminal financial moves having to do with their golf courses.

Eric isn’t happy, in fact he’s beautifully … triggered?

Hmmm, back in the days when I was practicing more law than writing to you good folks, I noticed an extremely strong link between criminality and people furious at the cops. Nobody wants their car or house searched at all, no one. But a lot of innocent people figure it’ll just be quicker to let the cops figure out that they’ve got the wrong guy. Guilty ones never do.

Speaking of “guilty,” as we said, we have Eric Trump now unduly enraged that Scotland might well investigate financial impropriety, i.e. “crimes.”

See? This is the perfect situation for someone who is associated with the president of the United States, an office that is supposed to be above reproach, to say: “Investigate away, tell us what you need. It will cost you a lot and you’ll find nothing, but c’mon over whenever. Bring your Ritalin, this is boring.”

That’s not exactly what Eric said, was it, Rawstory ?:

But the president’s younger son called the comments “disgusting,” and said that they were made without any evidence, and “reckless, irresponsible and unbecoming for a member of the Scottish Parliament.”

Did no one teach these people any vocabulary growing up? “Disgusting” is when the dog catches vermin for you at night and leaves them on the door step (almost like I have experience, no?). Perhaps this would be better described – by a Trump – as “baseless” or “unfortunate,” … whatever, just about any word besides “disgusting.” But then again, we’re not sure these kids were taught anything at any point.

Back to Eric trying to speak English:

“An irrelevant and spineless politician, Mr Harvie has long expressed deep-seated animus toward the Trump Organization, its principals and its projects, making wildly inappropriate allegations to advance his own political agenda and gain attention,” the president’s company said in a statement. “Over the past decade, the Trump Organization has invested hundreds of millions of dollars in Scotland while creating thousands of jobs.”

Wow, might have some fun unpacking this one.

Actually, proposing to investigate the president, especially this one for financial crimes, takes a shitload of spine. Also, the dude seems anything but irrelevant. He got Eric’s attention!  It is truly wonderful when the Trump’s go nuts about “deep seeded animus” having someone make “wildly inappropriate allegations” to “advance their own “political attention” and “GAIN ATTENTION.”

It is always fcking projection with these people, Trump literally made his name based on that exact thing.

Anyhoo, good luck, dude. Oh! And please be sure to tell dear old dad that bombing Scotland in retaliation is also a crime, and he’d end-up paying for that, too.

Peace, y’all
