Physician Offers Warning About Coronavirus: ‘Do Not Believe Anything Coming From Trump’

Well, this is scary...

You cannot open a newspaper or watch television and not hear about coronavirus. It’s a deadly virus that is slated to become a pandemic, and many are worried. And with good reason.

Now, the president wants everyone to believe it’s no big deal…TRUMP HAS IT HANDLED.

Wednesday morning, Trump actually accused the media of hyping the disease…to hurt him. Imagine that level of narcissism?

Trump blasted cable news outlets Wednesday morning, claiming that MSNBC and CNN are “doing everything” to make the coronavirus “look as bad as possible,” and as result, are panicking the markets. The aggressive tweet seemed to counter a recent warning by the CDC and also included a rather embarrassing typo that misspelled the looming pandemic as “Caronavirus.”

Trump tweeted:

The man can’t even SPELL the name of the virus…and we are supposed to believe he will keep us safe?

The Trump administration has been repeatedly downplaying the virus’ threat to the U.S., with economic adviser Larry Kudlow claiming Tuesday “we have contained this” even as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says Americans should prepare for the possibility of major disruptions to their day-to-day lives.

One physician has sounded the alarm.

John M. Talmadge, MD, a physician, Professor of Psychiatry & Addiction Medicine, says Trump doesn’t know what he’s talking about.

In fact, Talmadge warns not to believe anything coming out of the White House:

Talmadge also believes Trump is showing signs of pre-dementia:

So who do you believe?

Believe the CDC.
