Trump Just Cannot Let Russia-Obama Go — Goes on ALL CAPS Furious and Childlike Tweetstorm

He is guilty...

I am convinced that Trump’s 2016 campaign actively colluded with the Russians and that Putin likely has financial contacts with Trump that constitute a hopeless conflict. My opinion is based solely upon Trump’s reaction to the investigation all along, and the facts that have come out.

He will not let it go. Three years into his first term as president and facing another national election in seven months, he still rages about Obama (who had nothing to do with anything) “spying on my campaign” when no one has said that his campaign was spied upon.

I think he rages that he was “spied upon” to make it appear that he could not have dealings with Russia because the FBI saw everything.

He went all caps after the current FBI Director who – you guessed it, had nothing to do with the investigation of Trump initially – in just another man-baby temper-tantrum.

I put it all together for you:

“FBI Director Christopher Wray just admitted that the FISA Warrants and Survailence (sic) of my campaign were illegal. So was the Fake Dossier.

THEREFORE, THE WHOLE SCAM INVESTIGATION, THE MUELLER REPORT AND EVERYTHING ELSE FOR THREE YEARS, WAS A FIXED HOAX. WHO PAYS THE PRICE?

This is the biggest political crime in American History, by far. SIMPLY PUT, THE PARTY IN POWER ILLEGALLY SPIED ON MY CAMPAIGN, BOTH BEFORE AND AFTER THE ELECTION, IN ORDER TO CHANGE OR NULLIFY THE RESULTS OF THE ELECTION. IT CONTINUED ON WITH THE IMPEACHMENT HOAX. Terrible!”

The “party in power” handed over the office to him when he came in with 3 million fewer votes, in part because they did not leak that the FBI knew of Russian interference. Conspired against him to “change” an election? He’s setting us up to do it himself.

There are so many lies and half truths to this bullshit one doesn’t know where to begin, but let’s start with an extremely easy point.

The only thing found were errors and ommisions in preparation of affidavits for search warrants. Those warrants were signed off on by judges. It is only “illegal” to spy without a warrant or conspire to lie in warrants. There was nothing “illegal” done in his investigation.

There may have been – in retrospect – a lack of probable cause based upon errors and omissions, but those mistakes only make evidence gathered “inadmissible” against a criminal defendant.

A man running for the presidency must clear a slightly higher bar than that for criminal defendants.

But by using the word “illegal,” Trump is attempting to make it a “conspiracy” against him, in my opinion.

Knowing Trump’s pattern of accusing everyone around him of doing what he has done (Pelosi committed a crime by ripping her copy up, right?), I am left with the opinion that he is projecting again, and that he was doing something illegal involving the Russians.

His tirade has other lies that Politifact corrects. The most major being that the report never stated that “Obama” spied on the campaign itself. It only confirmed that the FBI investigated the Russians who did interfere with our elections.

None of the reports conclude this was a “Hoax.”

Moreover, the FISA investigation was conducted by a senior respected US Attorney. But that investigation was very aware that Trump wanted a conclusion that he was intentionally wronged. They did not make that conclusion.

The FISA investigation “found” as many errors as they could find.

Most obviously, there is NO connection between the Ukrainian investigation and the Russian investigation. None. Other than they both targeted him, there is no crossover. Is he attempting to negate any future investigation?

Yes, based on upon his reactions. This (in my opinion) is his attempt to build a “wall” holding back future investigations by a corrupt man.

The ONLY record he has ever agreed to provide is a partial transcript/memo of a call Trump calls perfect. So he will provide documents, when he believes it proves him innocent.

He references the Russian investigation just as strongly now as he did then, as if he is still terrified – why?

They changef the FBI/DOJ rules such that Barr can cut off any investigation into Trump, like he did with Ukraine, while also allowing Barr and Trump to investigate any other campaign. It is Barr’s decision, not the FBI’s.

Does anyone doubt that Trump will ask that DOJ surveil the Democrats?

He refuses to comply with subpoenas for his tax returns.

The Mueller investigation specifically did find that part of their investigation was hindered due to use of “WhatsApp” and other encrypted software. They didn’t have enough to prosecute, which is different than “finding nothing” or proving Trump is “innocent.”

I believe Trump is terrified. He acts terrified. He acts suspiciously. He plays up other conspiracies that are established as Russian disinformation. He is defensive. To him, “investigation” is a terrible threat. I believe that he’s terrified because he lives his life knowing that on any given day, evidence could drip out that threatens to ruin him.

He puts heads on pikes if anyone “leaks” information. He does it to cut off future leaks and investigations. To testify, you forfeit your job.

I could be wrong on my opinion and conclusions, my evidence is second hand and based almost solely on Trump’s past and Trump’s behaviors. But I look at his behavior and see no other logical explanation.

He will not shut up. I will post this tweet as a conclusion:

Yep. That or scream equally loudly about his greatness.

****

Peace, y’all
