UNBELIEVABLE: Trump Admin Considering Restrictions on MEXICAN Border, Even Though Virus Isn’t Coming from Mexico!

Well, of course he is. What would we have expected at this point?

It doesn’t matter that no cases of the virus have been tracked from Mexico. That is entirely beside the point. This is about cracking back where they’ve always wanted to crack-back anyway. It is also about leading his cult to believe that the Coronavirus is pouring in from Mexico, so they demand that he do more.

Can’t get any worse? Watch this:

Yeah. Possible restrictions on the entry of travelers from countries that certainly do have outbreaks, severe ones. We will only have “possible” restrictions on those countries because very wealthy people go back and forth between the United States and Italy, South Korea and Japan – at least, that’s the only explanation that I can come up with. The virus is actually running rampant through those nations, unlike Mexico.

This is why the stock market plunged.

This is Trump at his absolute finest. Restrictions at the United States-Mexico border have a sickening impact on the economy, but do not make American sick, at least not at all yet. Restrictions on Italy, South Korea and Japan would have big impacts on our economy, but might prevent more people from getting sick. It is just the way Trump calculates things, he doesn’t care about actual sickness.

As you know, he spent far more time at the press conference discussing the Democrats, the pull-out of Afghanistan, and the “woman” who died in Washington from the Coronavirus (it was a man), than he did about the country’s preparation.

When Trump was asked about whether he had muzzled Dr. Anthony Fauci, perhaps the country’s preeminent expert in infectious disease, Trump essentially didn’t answer the question. He barked his anger at the question itself.

The question was earnest:

“In particular, about Dr. Anthony Fauci. He is well-renowned in contagious diseases and there were reports out there that he was being muzzled. Can you tell us that this widely-respected expert Dr. Fauci will have every opportunity to tell us the truth—”

The answer wasn’t so earnest:

“Well, that’s a very dishonest question because he has had that,” said Trump.

“Because he had that, virtually to do anything he wanted to do and in fact, he was never muzzled,” said Trump. “I think you can speak, whatever you’re speaking to. Very dishonest question. But that’s okay.”

This is the same president who last night called the entire thing a Democratic hoax, and walked to the podium this morning seemingly out of breath, looking sickly, before he had said a word.

This is why Wall Street plunged the markets this week. Investors have no faith in this man leading the nation through the crises. It is as simple as referring to the “woman” who died last night, restricting the American border with Mexico, and getting mad at questions. The response will be wrong, make no sense, or be muzzled out.

This is how it all begins, with this administration. It is as predictable as it is sad.
